This place is unbelievable. I was interested in a new GV70 so they sent me an email with one that was available providing full pricing together with an offer for my trade in. I called and told them that I would come in to make the purchase and I made an appointment. Drove 30 miles to the dealership only to find out that the car didn't exist and they only had one other GV70 a top of the line model. A complete waste of time and gas.

My experience with the dealership service department has gotten gradually better. The earlier problems I had were related to employee turnover and bad handling of calls to people no longer there. They seem to make great effort to keep the customers happy. For a luxury brand I would like to see a little more upgraded waiting areas
