Ryan Entwistle completely changed my expectations for buying a car in the best way possible. Let that sink in. As a young-buyer, I had terrible luck with other local dealerships taking me seriously. That was until I stopped in to talk to Ryan Entwistle (at Prestige Volvo) - where I left with a deposit down on a 2022 Polestar 2 and a massive smile on my face - because I knew I had been treated: professionally, respectfully, and transparently. Ryan's communication and willingness to provide detailed explanations about the Polestar 2's features and financing options made the process both educational, and dare I say it... enjoyable. Both Ryan and the manager I dealt with (Pat Masone at Prestige Volvo) were excellent, knowledgeable, and very helpful to this young-buyer. A great experience buying used (CPO) with Alessandro at Polestar. A breath of fresh air in the used market. Happy to answer any and all questions (of which I had a lot, being my first EV). Discussed what incentives may be available. Provided an out the door quote that did not change after the fact. Allowed me to test drive on my own. No hidden fees. Even held the car for a day so I could drive over an hour to see it the next day. Yes, the finance manager brought up the usual extended warranty, wheel and paintwork protection plans stuff, but it was discussion about what worked for me and not a hard sell. Whether all PS dealerships work this way, I don't know, but for me this is how car buying should go. (Note: this is a copy/paste of my review on Google, so wording is identical)
