Great experience at Open Road Subaru.. - Rubin
I walked into Open Road Subaru, originally, to schedule some maintenance on my 2012 Impreza. Upon entering I was greeted by a salesman (Cameron Samad), who directed me to the service center. After I scheduled my appointment I decided to look around at the new vehicles and reapproached Cameron, since I felt he was a personable, to get some info on the Crosstrek. He gave me the rundown on the vehicle and took me outside giving me a tour of the dealership and the vehicles on the lot. Though I wasn't really expecting to test drive any vehicles, Cameron made the offer, which I couldn't refuse. He got the dealer plate and we took the vehicle out on the road. Not only was the ride better than I expected but Cameron knew his stuff and further interested me in the vehicle. That day I traded my Impreza in and got into a brand new 2019 Crosstrek. The deal was not forced and I was (and still am happy) about my decision. I do wish that the dealer would have included oil changes and tire rotation into the deal, as that is something I will have to pay out of pocket maintenance for but it isn't necessarily a deal breaker but I was slightly disappointed about it. Other than that, the overall experience was great and if anyone is looking for a salesman, Cameron Samad is your guy.
