My service writer was Dave who did everything in his power to get my parts! He kept me updated on the progress. I was very happy when I left! I will not hesitate to bring my car or my 18 Silverado back to Elkins!

I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.
