He made an appointment with me at 10.00 am and promptly got my cars first service done within one hour. Very direct and efficient service advisor. Thank you Ed it was a real pleasure meeting you. I’ve had numerous issues with Performance Kia in Denville, NJ, but the latest one is the most outrageous. My 2019 Kia Sorento has been randomly not starting since January 1, 2024. I brought it in, and after keeping my vehicle for 3 days, they couldn’t find the problem. Then I received a letter from Kia America stating that the issue is related to the high-pressure fuel pump—clearly the reason why my car won't start. Despite this, Performance Kia refused to replace the part! I’m beyond frustrated, especially since it's extremely inconvenient and unsafe when your vehicle doesn’t start unexpectedly. What’s worse is that they let me leave their dealership with a car that could fail at any time, putting me and my children in danger. This is completely unacceptable and shows an alarming disregard for customer safety. I cannot recommend this service center and strongly urge others to reconsider taking their vehicle here.

DO NOT service your KIA EV at this location. My EV6 was towed here on June 7th, and nearly six months later, they still have my vehicle with no substantive updates during this entire time. The onus was on me to call every few weeks to see if any progress had been made. It is now NOVEMBER and they still have not repaired my car. And to be perfectly clear, at this point I no longer want the car back—I want my money back.

Wonderful service in buying new Genesis 2023 GV70. Mr. T came with our plates and registration today. He really is service with a smile! He was so helpful with our tech questions. He quickly set up the remote for the garage and assured us if we needed any other assistance that he and other staff would be there for us. Things have not improved here. Trying to schedule a recall service and after two calls and one chat I only get sales solicitations and so far no service appointment. I wish I had any other Genesis service in the vicinity. Due to the bad communication I am doing the routine service elsewhere, but for a recall my options are limited. Not buying a new Genesis as long as I live close to this service location!
