I own a 2002 X-Type 2,5 auto. The service has been outstanding, in fact a tech informed me that I needed the rear spring replacment after taking the car on a road test. He said it squeeked, i never heard the squeek. They have kept the car up to date with all suggested upgrades. Highly recommended service department. The sales department was also excellent,<br>

I have been using Beyer Chrysler/Jeep service since they established themselves in Morristown. They staff and service has always exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Pulsating engine during operation . - Neverafordagain

My car was pulsating during normal cruising , put it in Magarino came out the same way . The funny thing is when I told service the problem they looked at me like I was a talking horse and they never heard of the problem , a quick google showed 37,800 results for people reporting the same problem . Scheduled to go to another dealership next week . I figured since I bought it at Magarino I would give them first shot , bad move . Car is bucking like a bronco and their mechanics don't notice . Lazy or ignorant , you choose.
