Service dept. is more like lack of service. My wife's 2012 Fiat 500 had a recall that she was never apprised of. When, because of this defect, her car became inoperable, I called the service dept. to see how soon I could bring it in. I was told it would be 2 weeks. I asked if there was any way I could drop off the vehicle earlier and if they had a cancellation they could squeeze it in. I was given a flat "NO". Not what I call customer service!!!

Would never go back after purchasing 2 vehicles from them. Bought my jeep in for service for a problem and after spending 2000 dollars the problem still occurred. Now they want another 1500 dollars to try another fix. They are guessing to fix my issue spending my hard earned money. I called to speak to my service person who just gave me the runaround talking to me bery rude as I was stupid. I asked if he will guarantee that the 1500 will fix my problem this time and he wouldn't commit. So I believe I wanted 2500 dollars the first time. I called to speak to the service manager regarding my issue and he never returned my call I will never go back to pur have or service a vehicle with Ramsey jeep

John in service were great. I had a rush job - called in the morning, they saw me at 3pm and I was out in an hour. No hassle. Also, they did a nice quick wash - didn't expect that but much appreciated. Esma was very courteous and kind and got me in and out quick. Mike K is great with the onboarding / tutorial - very knowledgeable and helpful on getting that Google system up and running.

I recently went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection for my Jaguar at the Edison Ray Catena Service Center, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to the customer lounge by the friendly staff. Within about 5 minutes, I was called to meet my service advisor, Neshawna Thomas. I believe Neshawna is relatively new to the service department, as I haven't seen her before, and I was glad to have her as my advisor. Neshawna was knowledgeable, approachable, and most importantly, respectful of my needs. I was offered additional full-service options, but I declined, and Neshawna respected my decision without pushing me, which I truly appreciated. In the past, I've had service advisors who were overly aggressive or arrogant, so this was a refreshing change. While waiting, I noticed some construction going on in the lounge area. It was a bit noisy, but it’s understandable, and it didn’t bother me much. The total time I waited was about 1.5 hours, which wasn’t bad at all, especially with the great customer lounge that made the wait more comfortable. After the service, Neshawna explained what had been done and even mentioned that they sent a video of my car showing the service process and the recommended repairs. This was a great touch, as it gave me a clear view of what was happening to my car. Although I declined the additional recommended services, Neshawna didn’t push me and respected my decision. She also checked in to make sure I was comfortable in the waiting area and informed me that my car would be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. When it was time to pay, I was greeted by another friendly staff member, and we even shared a laugh. Thanks to Neshawna, I finally had a positive service experience. I honestly believe she’s a great addition to the Edison Ray Catena Service Center team. I usually dread visiting this location due to past experiences with arrogant staff, but this time was different. It’s clear they’re listening to customer feedback. Thank you, Neshawna, and the entire team at the Edison Ray Catena Service Center!

They picked up our car, delivered a loaned, and returned the car the same day in a snowstorm! Awesome, and no charge for the initial service. Courteous, friendly, respectful and prompt...what more could you ask!

It is very clear to me, just as a customer, that the management, especially the service management, at Reinertsen is very technically proficient. They really understand the cars they work on and do not just "replace parts." You feel like they are your own "pit crew" and they want to be sure that you are both safe on the road and that your car is working perfectly. It is always very clean and organized and I like how the service bays are in full view of customers. They give me absolute confidence that my car is getting the best care possible. Additionally, they make customers feel well-cared for as well. But other dealers are good at that, while in the meantime your car is out of sight and sometimes the repairs are done badly if at all. This has never been the case at Reinertsen.

I have a very old Jetta, and it runs great, because of the great service at Reydel. I have kept the car up with all of oil changes, etc. and if it wasn't for the service department I am positive it wouldn't be running as great as it does. I would not even think about going anywhere else. The service area is always clean and neat. I needed a loaner car, and there was no problems arraigning for one. highly recommend them. It is great to get a car, but it is even more important to keep it running smoothly.

Friday September 21st I brought my 2011 Kia Sorento into RK Kia of Vineland in for service. It was due for an oil change and my back door handle on the drivers side had broken off a few days earlier. After it had broken off I checked all my other handles to make sure they were secure and they were all fine except the one I broke off. When I arrived at Kia I was told there was a recall on my specific model of car, and they had to see if it could be covered. When looking at my car Chris Kennedy the service manager of RK Kia ripped off the handle on my back door on the passenger side! They came to us in the waiting room and told us it would be almost 700$ to fix the two door handles. Even though my door handle had a recall on it they said a different piece was broken so it wouldn’t be covered. When I asked Chris why he even opened my back door on the passenger side he said “well who ever took down your information took it down wrong and it says doors, not just the one” and said he would take off 100$ because he was the one who broke it but they still wanted to charge me almost 400$ in labor, so pretty much trying to get me to pay for something they broke. I completely understand that my handles weren’t covered by the recall and I’m responsible for breaking the one handle but I am NOT responsible for Chris ripping off my other handle. I told him that I thought it was unfair and started to literally cry in his presence. Pleading with him that I have a one year old child with a car seat in the back and now I have no way of opening up either of my back doors to get him!? Chris was incredibly rude, raising his voice at me, interrupting me as I was trying to speak and taking no responsibility for his actions. He never once apologized, never once showed any sympathy for a worried mother. He just said “it’s not my fault it would have broken off eventually”. All my handles were secure before bringing in my vehicle, he must have yanked it off thinking it was the broken one and is now refusing to take responsibility, even though he’s the one that said they took down my information wrong and he didn’t know which one was broken. (Even though only one of the four doors had a missing handle. Not very hard to see which one was broken so clearly he’s just incompetent) I am disgusted with the whole situation and can’t believe RK Kia won’t take responsibility for their actions. I will never return to RK Kia of Vineland ever again and I suggest you shouldn’t either because when checking your oil they might break your dashboard and say they aren’t responsible for fixing it.
