This review is for the service department, NOT THE SALES DEPARTMENT, I brought my Kia K5 LXS 2021 car in for it's first oil change since purchase Dec. 2021 and Valerie Apple was my service advisor, she was/is TOP NOTCH and with the service she provided me will keep me coming back to Kia Service in Burlington NC. She resolved the issue for me with my car pulling slightly to the left that I thought was out of alignment but it was indeed a new tire on the front left side and recommended rotating the tires to fix the issue and explained why. She also knew why my stirring wheel was making a funny sound when I turned it, so she has ordered the part and we will be replacing it under warranty. I was not aware of the steering wheel issue till I drove the car for a little bit after purchase for it was an impulse by for me while on site having my 2013 Optima oil change and front breaks done. I love the car and once I have these issues resolved and 4 new tires she will be top notch. I would have expected more from the sales department though for it was a "certified preowned" car that I purchased, I will leave that to my second review, bottom line is Kia Service Department in Burlington I HIGHLY recommend, ask for Valerie Apple!!

My car was diagnosed as needing a tire sensor and when I was finally able to get it installed and there were finally no more lights on my dashboard, I was running an errand and it was raining and chilly and three low tire lights came on. I drove straight to the dealership which fortunately I was just passing and they were awesome! they immediately checked and filled the tires so that I could continue on my way. Thanks guys!! People ask me why I continue to use the dealer for service- well this is why!!

The Cadillac service is so far one of the best I have ever been to. I worked with Brianna and she not only went above and beyond to ensure what my warranty covered and that I all that my car needs were met but secured a loaner car for me since my car had to spend a day there. The work they did was amazing. Brianna and the others there truly care about their customers and their pricing for service is reasonable. I have been a long time customer of Dayton Toyota Sales and Service. I recently took my GR86 in for an oil change and tire rotation. During the service, the tech discovered the oil service place I went to previously stripped the drain plug threads in the oil pan. Not Dayton Toyota’s fault, and the repair is appropriately on me to pay. As this car has a Subaru engine, oil pan is complex and labor intensive to replace. They were so understanding and compassionate about my need to replace the oil pan at my own cost and my unexpected loss of access to a daily driving vehicle, they gave me a loaner car for as long as I needed it. Peter Spano, my service advisor, went above and beyond. He kept me informed, took pictures and wrote up details of damage for me to seek reimbursement from prior oil change facility who did the damage. Tom Kozak, the Service Manager, supported Peter in anything he asked for to help me. They are an amazing team and treated me with grace and dignity. Peter went on vacation before my car repair was finished. He completely transitioned all the details to another service advisor, Steve, who continued the excellent service and finished the process, delivered my car back to me fully functional, and even did some work on my Camry previously scheduled with Peter. Long story. I share details because I had a great service experience as I always have had in the past. Highly recommend Tom, Peter, and Steve at Dayton Toyota for your service needs.
