I purchased my vehicle here 3 months ago, and the sales department was fantastic and top notch. My salesman was Florette. She was terrific. Yesterday I went there for service, and I must say the service staff was terrific, I was there for my FREE oil change, but it made no difference to Tammy and the service staff. They took care of me as if I spending 1000 dollars. What a great dealership. Top to bottom. I would never go anywhere else. Great staff.

I made a service appointment for my mother. Confirmed the appointment. Andre the service advisor messed up the entire appointment then has the AUDACITY TO HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME!! Do yourself a favor and don’t ever get your car serviced from this dealership.

There is a pothole bigger than my car in the parking lot of this dealership. Somehow it’s gets ignored despite numerous costumers complaints. This is the second time I am at this dealership and I’m outside as they drive my car over said pothole and I can clearly hear my car bottom out which undoubtedly is causing cosmetic damage at the very least. As I sit hear waiting for my service I am wondering if they are going to drive thru that same pothole once my car is done. It is ridiculous at this point! At this point I am considering taking my car to the Bridgewater dealership as it seems they care a little more than at this dealership.

their service department lost my tires that they sold me and refused to take responsibility, I had to take them to arbitration court and finally won almost $2K, but it was very frustrating. At every turn, they did whatever it took to get out of taking responsibility. Worst dealer ever

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Abby at BMW for her amazing service. I came in with my dad and his girlfriend after popping a tire, and she was able to get us in and out within 3 hours—same day! From start to finish, Abby made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. She was so sweet, super funny, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even gave us snacks and kept us entertained with great stories while we waited. It honestly felt more like hanging out with a friend than sitting around at a dealership. Abby definitely deserves some recognition—she turned a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Thank you, Abby!
