I have had a wonderful experience with Allstar from top to bottom. I purchased a 2004 Endeavor from them in 2006. They walked me & my wife through every step to the point where we felt absolutely comfortable after everything was said & done. We have also had the same experience with Mr. Ventura & his service & parts crew. We appreciate the honesty & character that Allstar displayed all across the board. I will continue to utilize them for the repair of my SUV. I will also go back to them when my family is in need of a new vehicle.

Eddie and the Service Techs helped me out in a pinch. I was hoping to beat the rain and get out of town for a family camping trip. Just prior to hooking up the trailer my windshield wipers stopped working. Eddie listened to my needs, got the problem diagnosed and fixed. Sales, Service and a friendly owner is what keeps us coming back for purchases and repairs.

Ciocca Audi has made the decision to significantly reduce the size of their loaner fleet and will not provide or reimburse for a rental vehicle—even for warranty repairs. I received confirmation of this policy directly from their General Manager, Cecil Lam. While scaling back the loaner program is one matter, offering no transportation alternatives whatsoever—particularly for warranty-related service—is a different and more concerning issue. If post-purchase support is important to you, consider this a warning: BUYER BEWARE‼️

They lost my car in their parking lot for 6 hours, then lost my key ... had my wife and I sitting in their waiting room for an hour before my wife insisted someone come and speak to us .. ordered the wrong tire and cost me the last two days of my vacation trying to work around their incompetence. They were a nightmare
