Turnersville Nissan – Best of Breed in the Service Arena My service advisor, Bob Forrest, is truly an exceptional individual. He’s consistently on point with what’s needed, prices everything reasonably, and my vehicle is always ready when promised. Bob maintains constant communication—whether it’s by text, email, or a phone call—so I never have to wonder what’s going on. My mind is always at ease. One standout example: I had a transmission issue with my Infiniti. The Infiniti dealership seemed more focused on the cost than on actually helping me—even though I had an extended warranty. Bob stepped in, arranged to pick up the vehicle from that dealership, handled everything from start to finish, and got it done quickly and professionally. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This is the kind of representative I want to do business with. A little backstory: I’m retired now, but I previously served as General Manager of multiple new car dealerships, including a Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram franchise. If I were still in the business, I would have made Bob an offer to become a Service Manager—and eventually a Service Director. That’s how impressed I am with him. I can only assume the dealer group he works for understands his worth and value. They’re lucky to have him—and so are the customers.

I have not issues with the service department as they do a very good job. I had a new agent Kelwin Castillo who was really helpful and assisted my wife in adding her new phone to the car. He was good in letting me know the cost of the 4 year maintenance and called when the tech had recommended some additional work. After discussing the options I went ahead with the service even though I was around $600 more. When the job was done he gave me the cost but then told me that there was a new policy that if you charge via credit card there is a 3% fee. I told him I wish I knew that upfront as I would have just done the maintenance and put the other service off for another time. This way I could have paid cash now and then again later. He did mention that this was instituted in March 2025 and I had my other Volvo serviced in October of 24 so I never knew about the change.

Service and sales at Prestige Volvo Cars Englewood are top-notch. I bought my 2019 XC40 in November 2018 at a good price with a great deal of support, without salesperson pressure or trying to sell me unnecessary items. Service went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was maintained at the highest level and runs like it did the day I drove it out of the dealer. Claus Nagy, service manager, is a real professional, honest, and personable, and made sure that the car was taken care of with the utmost care. Kudos to Prestige Volvo Cars Englewood. I recommend purchasing and servicing a Volvo from this dealership.

I have used DeFeo Kia since 2021 when I bought my Optima. There were 3 incidents where the oil plug was loose and it leaked out onto my driveway. The last time I brought it there, the pulley to open the hood was broken. I do not recommend this dealership.

I visited this dealership to have new tires put on my car and it was a headache from start to finish. Already experiencing issues with the tires and they are brand new! Also, don't bother leaving a message for the service manager because he doesn't return phone calls (this is nothing new at either Ramsey Nissan or Infiniti). Based on my experience, it's safe to say this will be my first and last time owning an Infiniti and maybe even a Nissan.

I have the car oil change service before maturity date of 3 years lease. when I leased a car, I was explained (and the car sticker said) that i have complimentary, no charge, service up to 3 years of my lease. Today, unexpectedly, I paid the oil change charges because in reality I have just 3 oil changes complimentary for the 4th I am supposed to pay, as I was explained today. Previously, when I brought my car, it was cleaned and washed, today I got my car dirty, NO car wash. So, service at this dealership becomes worse and worse. I do not think I will deal with that dealership once again

They took my car to a third party without my authorization for an oil change / tire rotation & then they tried to charge me twice for their fees along with the third party fees! I never had this issue when it was “Boardwalk Acura”

Shakeerah personally walked me over to my service advisor, Brian, who was equally professional, courteous, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Nolan Solano thsy work in the service department is compassionate and helpful. On March 13, 2025, my car was making a strange sound, so I took it in to be checked. The problem was that I needed 4 new tires and other related services to installing them. I was really stressed, financially and emotionally.
