Be very careful when buying from this dealership. I bought a 1979 Firebird from this dealership a few years ago and later found out that the ORIGINAL engine had a fresh rebuild done by the dealer. Two months after I bought the car, the engine needed to be rebuilt again because whomever rebuilt it decided to put a Chevy 350 cam in a Pontiac 400 engine. Idiots!! I'm not saying they don't have nice cars, I'm saying inspect these cars thoroughly before making a purchase. They're a little shady.

Where to start. Came in for specific issues, there report came back as everything is ok, problems can’t be replicated when technician test drove car. Well ended up taking it to 2 other local BMW within 2 month span and sure enough, there was repairs that we’re definitely overlooked and missed at Newton. Think twice before bringing to this BMW dealer!!!!!

I felt compelled to come here and say a few nice words regarding BMW of Springfield. I own a very unique BMW i8 and the dealership knows me well. It’s a 2015 and literally the car I dreamed of owning as a child is now a reality. I like to keep up on all the servicing, parts replacements, and preemptive issues, and I am very secure in knowing that this dealership has mechanics on staff that specialize in this specific car. They send me a video report of all issues discovered, and get it back to me quickly and like new. Their communication is outstanding every step of the way and work with The warranty company to get me the maximum cost off of my bill. Highly recommended for all BMW owners! I can’t say enough good things about this dealership
