Just had a not so nice call with a woman named IVORY who works in the service department. I explained to her that I have an appt already on the books, but my car will not start so I would need to have it towed to the dealership today. Things were going well up until the point where she asked me for my name. I gave her my name and asked for hers as well. She stated that her name was Ivory but refused to give her last name. I did make a comment that it seemed evasive to not want to give her last name but I was fine with it. This UNHINGED woman proceeded to yell at me that she doesn't give her last name because her son was murdered 2 years ago. I then yelled right back at her that I didn't kill her son. She then hung up on me. I called back and reported her to her manager Lisa. I reported her because I think she may need to seek counseling. If asking her for her last name is triggering a traumatic experience, then maybe she should not be answering phones. I do not want this woman to lose her job or anything like that, but maybe a change in duties might be helpful.
