The last time I took it in they kept the car for 7 days to make warrantly repairs. Finally, I went to the dealership to find out what is going on with the car and found it sitting in the back lot unlocked and with bird poop all over it. He said the car was repaired, which it was certainly not. The top is still broken and after researching the issue on one of the forums I was able to identify the problem after no more than 10 minutes in my garage. I was livid that they kept the car for so long and obviously did nothing with it.
As a result I will never go back to them for anything and will do all my business in Denver from now on.
It's a pitty that one dealership can ruin the brand so badly. I just wonder how many warranty repairs they billed the manufacuture with no intent to actually fix the problem? Perhaps I should send a note to the state agency responsible for dealerships?
Stay away from this place at all costs. You will get better service with a ford focus than a Porsche in Albuquerque. This is an honest assessment since I gave them multiple opportunities to fix the car.

They are professional enough..., however, far inferior service to what I am use to in LA and Denver, and what I expect from Mercedes. I guess I have been spoiled and now have to lower my standards to what this city has to offer. However, I will consider a different brand on my next cars if I hear of amazing service elsewhere.
