Giving a five star because of the service I get from Josh in the service department I have had allot of issues with my 2017 Hyundai Tucson allot of problems with that car - since I have been a customer since 2018 and Josh has always been patience and turned my world upside down to finding solutions in this economy life is already hard and Hyundai should recognize they have a good hard worker who really goes above and beyond his job title. Because of him is why Hyundai has customers honestly. He never has been impatient or rude goes above and beyond for solutions and options to assist us.

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

I have been very happy with all work done so far by the dealership on the multiple different Fords I own or have owned. Mostly it has been regular service and recall repairs, the prices have been good especially when coupons are available. I would have given all 5 stars had it not been for the additional dealer markup that I was told would not be added when I placed the order for my 2023 Maverick. I may have not been so unhappy about it if it were only a small amount but it was substantial and unexpected.

it didn't start off well..i went in on a day my Service advisor was off so i got no help. Once Victor was back he took care of my issue and managed to squeeze me in. even though they were booked for a month out.. Victor worked very hard to get my Compass repaired and back to me ..He knew it was my only vehicle.. Parts were delayed ..but he let me know the status each day and i was able to get ahold of him when i needed to..
