Having noticed a low left front tire and seeing a nail protruding from the tire when I returned to the parking lot after exercise at Johnson Center at UNM, I immediately drove to Sandia Mini. Within about 5minutes I was checked in and assured that my tire would be repaired or replaced depending on condition. I had arrived at Sandia Mini around 12:30 and by 4:30pm I received a call that my car was ready. The tire had been repaired, driven to be sure it was a sound seal and safe to drive. I so appreciated the professionalism of Zach Mayne and his explanations and what to expect. Thank you. Molly ORourke Wall.

Just a bit about the service department. It was a great experience and although it was just a scheduled maintenance and a system download things went a bit sideways. The sensors were off, but although it took some time they got it fixed. The best thing was Eric in the service department. He informed me of what was going on and kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. So thanks Eric!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

it didn't start off well..i went in on a day my Service advisor was off so i got no help. Once Victor was back he took care of my issue and managed to squeeze me in. even though they were booked for a month out.. Victor worked very hard to get my Compass repaired and back to me ..He knew it was my only vehicle.. Parts were delayed ..but he let me know the status each day and i was able to get ahold of him when i needed to..
