I really wanted to write this review about Larisa Racenis, Asst. Service Mgr., at Smithtown Toyota. I came to this dealership to have my car serviced and I must say the welcome I received from Larisa was very warm and gracious. She was so kind and helpful and extended herself to make sure I received top quality service. Larisa made me feel very valued and I felt confident that my experience there would be a satisfying one. I purchased my Hyundai Santafe new from Towne many, many years ago. I've always brought it to them for major service and inspections. I've done brakes myself and had tires done elsewhere because of the brand of tire I wanted. Both the dealership as well as Hyundai have been extremely helpful and fair to me. They're flexible and I always have gotten a loaner from them. I don't feel that I was ever treated unfairly nor was I up-charged for repairs that I didn't need. They have even assisted me with out of warranty repairs that Huyndai covered. I hope that they can find a used vehicle that I want, or that I could afford another new car because I'd really like to do business with them again.

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle. Thanks again Dawn, Mike and Christine for your incredible effort in getting me home!

"Great Service Experience" - atcy

Heather was outstanding in the service department. She was diligent with calling to remind me that my first service was coming up on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. Heather was able to accommodate me with a same day evening appointment when I returned her call! She is friendly and professional. Also, when Heather's shift ended, she let me know that Mathew Riviera taking over for her and assisting me. Mathew Rivera was a pleasure to deal with too.

I have dealt with Steve on multiple occasions . His attention to details and his own expectations are very high when he is attending to your vehicle. He treats your car as it was his own, which I respect greatly. He treats his customers with respect and always greats you with a smile. Steve is a great example of a team player.

My water pump had died, and I called up VW Serice and Jose confirmed that it was under warranty. I had it towed, and Jose took it into the garage. Completed the task in 1 day. He immediately set up a priority maintenance appointment and the optional equipment was installed. Johnny understands making a sale is easy. Gaining customer loyalty is all about service. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle at Westchester Toyota do yourself a favor and ask for Johnny. He makes you feel you are his top priority.
