I will write my review shortly. Very unethical business practices and only cares about the money not the customer. We have dealt with them years. The Daughter has no clue about customer service

Excellent Service!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Keith

I was traveling and 2 1/5 hours from home on a friday morning.My 2016 Dodge / Ram 3500 had a Deisel Exhaust Fluid problem , and needed to have a sensor replaced. I was able to rent another truck from a nearby rental agency,(I was on my way to a weekend car show and needed a truck). Bill Vittorin (service advisor) explained he will try to get me in Friday or Saturday, however it may not be ready until Monday. I told him I would be coming back thru on Sunday. So at this time I was thinking I would have to go all the way home on Sunday, and return to pick my truck up on Monday. On Saturday Bill called me and said I was all set. You can pick it up on Sunday, as our sales dept is here from 11am - 4pm. Long story short I feel Healey Brothers went above and beyond for me . I will highly recommend them...........

The service was very good to deal with and the parts guy was very informative and helpful too. Also he did not recommend buying winter tires due to my situation which saved me a lot of money.

This visit was for an oil change. I had an appt for 11am and they said I would be next up since they only have 2 technicians working that day. I said your lobby is full don’t worry about me, get to it when you can. There was issues with the dealership accessing Ford Pass (I wanted to use my points to pay for my service). This guy found the only person that was able to access Ford Pass and was able to close out my transaction so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. This dealership has gone above and beyond since my first time waking in looking to purchase my Bronco.

Let me start out by saying the ONLY good thing about this dealership is Andrew and Nick from service!!!! i bought a 2018 Outlander Sport, drove it right out of the showroom...since the day i bought it the radio would just turn on by itself and my phone would pair but show i had zero contacts. 5 times it has been in the service dept, ive been told the radio has been replaced twice, all phones BUT mine pair fine...so i was told to get a new phone, new wires to connect car play, etc. I did all of that, phone still doesn't pair and the radio still turns on by itself. after having car for 3 weeks i was told to come in and do a test drive w nick, radio turned on twice!! then i was told to come back and do ANOTHER test drive so they could video the radio turning on. I have a job!! i do not have time to keep going back n forth. its now been a month and NOTHING!! I received a call from Andrew apologizing saying they have no idea and to come pick up the car! So now i have a $1200 phone i did NOT need and doesn't pair contacts still and a car w the radio that turns on by itself. I was told the service mgr would drive it home and the gas would be replaced, it went in w a fairly full tank, i received it back with 60 miles left in the gas tank. (but i had to refuel the loaner they gave me or pay some crazy price per gallon) When i went in to pick up my car this morning...Andrew was not in, the man behind the plexiglass said ok here is your key and receipt. i sat there in awe of his dismissiveness. I said AND? he replied and what? I said what is the compensation for a month without my car and still not fixed? he said well other peoples phones paired so IDK what to tell you. and the radio? he said what about it?? Oh Good God, do you have any idea about me car? he read the notes and said again IDK, i can call andrew if youd like. I said yes PLEASE and waited for him to pick up the phone. he sat there looking at me, and said oh i cannot do that now!! i looked around i was the only one there and said why not? He said ill have andrew call you. So lets sum it up, fuel tank empty, problem NOT solved, $1200 cell phone i didnt need, month without my car and wasnt even offered a xxxx car wash!!!!! ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!! I am so sickened by this whole situation, i have been extremely patient and to basically have the key slid across the desk w a receipt and a blank stare through plexiglass was more than i could take! i have NEVER felt so dismissed in my life!! I was told at one point anyone whos anyone in Healey Mitsubishi was involved in this...all this has told me is that NO ONE from this dealership gives a xxxx if the car is fixed or the customer is happy except for Andrew!!!! you would think companies like this would want people to give good reviews to return. Oil changes for the car for as long as i own it wouldve been acceptable!! a xxxx car wash wouldve been nice. what did i receive??? NOTHING!! A blank stare and a shrug of his shoulders. So no i will NEVER refer this dealership to anyone. Sorry Andrew i know YOU did your best, sadly the company you work for doesnt care if their customers are satisfied or not.

Healey took in my girlfriend's car when no other dealer would. The car was still under warranty, but two previous dealers botched replacement of a major part. No other dealers would touch the car given that it had already been touched by two previous dealers, and both of them had managed to screw up the warranty repair. Nevertheless, Healey agreed to have the car towed to Goshen, and perform the repairs. Their work was great, and most importantly, rather quick. The previous dealers had the car for months at time. Healey, however, was able to get us back on the road in about two weeks, and we were provided a loaner during those two weeks - something the prior two dealers claimed they couldn't do due to a car shortage. We've now been driving the car for about 6 months post Healey's work, and it's as smooth as ever, no issues to report. For that, and their service, I would give Healey 5 stars. However, I'm only giving 4 because the car had what appeared to be red paint on a portion of the windshield when it was returned to us - something that was definitely not there before. No clue where that red substance came from, but it did come off fairly easily. Had that not happened, I would have certainly given Healey 5 stars. Side note: when you go to drop off your car (or pick up a rental), their valet takes pictures of all corners of the car. Why isn't this done at more dealerships? It's so easy to do, and quite frankly necessary. It's a measure to ensure both the dealer and the customer are covered in the event something unforeseen happens to a car.

Driving from the Finger Lakes back to CT on a Friday in April my Kia Sportage is suddenly bucking and not responding to the gas pedal properly. Lucky for me Healey Kia was a few miles away so I limped my car over to them. I was directed to Scott Kuester in the service department who immediately calmed my nerves with his can do attitude. While we waited, we enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and refreshments provided in the waiting area. Scott assured me they’d have a look at the car by Monday or Tuesday. I left feeling I was in good hands. First thing Monday morning Scott called to tell me they looked at the car on Saturday and diagnosed the problem. I would be getting a new engine courtesy of Kia. I was so relieved to hear the news that Scott delivered. Bullet dodged! I was told it might take 10-12 business days in total so I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready for pick up in only 7. The Healey Service department gets a 10 and Scott gets a 10++. From start to finish he was a delight to work with, capable, knowledgeable and personable. I feel very fortunate to have broken down where I did with Healey Kia nearby. Scott was the icing on the cake!!
