I BROUGHT MY 2008 HONDA ACCORD TO THE DEALER FOR THE NYS INSPECTION IN THE AFTERNOON ON FRIDAY, 10/20/17 AND FOLLOWING COMPLETION, THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO ME WITHIN 20 MINUTES

Everyone at the service station was excellent, from receiving my call, getting me in right away, fixing the problem (which turned out to be minor) right away & checking out. This will be my new go to place for servicing my Palisade.

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.

My wife bought her new MINI from these folks more than 11 years ago. Through more than 160,000 miles, every repair has been right, her car washed for her every time, and a new loner was always provided. If they could get MINI to paint a new one yellow, she would buy it from them today.

I found my self at Mini even though I purchased a Ram from them. From the moment I walked in I was kindly greeted. I worked with Kevin and David who were genuinely concerned in my matter. My original sales person (Kuzy) was also there concerned as well. They were reassuring that the problem would be taken care of. I wish more dealerships could be modeled after this one! It is nice to be treated like family.

Excellent experience with the service department. I'm sure it was a team effort, but Robert Salas deserves a shout out in his public facing role. He expedited the work and patiently worked through insurance questions with me. You would have thought I was the only customer he had, based on the time he spent and how responsive his communication.

I wouldn't even give this place one star, besides the fact that they take advantage of people not having good credit and being desperate to over pay for a car, they have terrible customer service and do not take care of you. I spent 14000 on my 02 Saturn view and I am almost paying it off. I paid extra for the so called warrenty that they provide. My car was towed there 4 times in the year and in and out at least 15 times still doesn't run properly. I finally had to go in and make a scean with my boyfriend to have them do their job and fix my car and they still have it two weeks later, no update calls, and no reguard for me paying 100 dollars a week with no car. Anyone who writes good reviews are obv working for the company. This place has been a real xxxx show for me and I can not wait to be done with them. Anyone who is looking for good reliable service and a good car DO NOT GO HERE, it is not worth the three years of hassle you will get!!!!!!

I hope this review reaches the appropriate people, like the service Manger, Fixed operations manager and general manager, and hopefully your employee receives the acknowledgment she deserves!! I came to Morehead at 730am on a Monday morning without an appointment looking to get my vehicle repaired as it was throwing some cylinder misfiring codes at the code reader and making the car not drivable at highway speeds. I was told that the dealership was not taking anyone without an appointment, so I decided to inquire with the parts desk about the necessary parts in order to fix the issue myself. I was having a conversation with the gentleman at the parts desk regarding inventory on specific parts to fix my cars mechanical issue. After getting some prices and giving my call back information I left the dealership because due to covid some parts I needed were not in stock. I had already missed a day of work, and didn't have another vehicle to drive so my only option was done the dealer to repair the car or me attempt to fix it myself, but without the necessary parts in stock I was left without a plan B. Upon my drive home I received a call from Jacqueline from Morehead Honda, and she advised me that she overheard my conversation with the parts department and advised me that my repair would be covered under the emissions warranty and no out of pocket expense would be needed by me. She even had a loaner vehicle waiting for me to alleviate my stress of figuring out how I would get to work. She directed me to turn back around and come back to the dealership and she would make an appointment for me and have the loaner vehicle ready to go. I took her recommendation and drove back to the dealership where she met me in the service bay. We sat and did some paperwork, I left her my vehicle and I drove away in the loaner no longer worried about how I would get my car repaired or how I would make it to work. All because Jacqueline politely eavesdropped on my conversation with the parts desk and decided to go above and beyond expectations by making my problem her problem and reaching out to me and offering me an absolutely pleasant and worry free solution. She was delightful and calming as well as very sympathetic to my situation and she should be acknowledged for her extraordinary effort to help a customer as well as being a positive reflection of the Morehead dealership and their service department. THANK YOU Jacqueline, you have no idea how much that call meant to me!!

Very disappointed with the service department. Called with a problem on my 2023 Ford Maverick. Speakers not working. Was informed they couldn’t take my vehicle in for a month Called on 8/6, first appointment available 9/3. Purchased the vehicle assuming I would be able to get it in for service calls in a reasonable amount of time. Informed the scheduler that we were going on a trip on 8/20 and would like to have the repair done prior to leaving. No sound not only affecting the radio but also the navigation system. Extremely disappointed.
