First off I have had a great sales experience with Ross. He is always available with any questions on my Targa 4S. Seamless experience getting my wheels repaired and my front nose wrapped with a clear bra. Ross even gave me his cell to text with questions. Ross introduces me to Elliott who has been very professional and accommodating for my service needs. Every time I bring him my car it’s returned clean and tuned up. These guys really know luxury cars!

He makes you very comfortable in the Potamkin enviroment. Ibis Andino listed my needs and got me in and out in a timely manner. Potamkin Hyundai is a find when it comes to a service center.

Sales Department is acceptable and pleasant. SERVICE department is horrible. Intake person is RUDE and NASTY. I would never get a car from this dealership as long as the service had to be performed at their location and You hjad to deal with their intake personnel.
