Last November (2021) I brought my car in and had the front brakes replaced. In March of this year, I brought the car back in because the front brakes were making noise. I was told it was because the back brakes had damaged the front. (The back brakes were done at another dealership in July). I brought it into a Chrysler dealership in April to check the brakes and there were no problems with the back but the fronts needed to be replaced. After only four months the front brakes should be under Mopar's warranty. The company refused to do anything whatsoever about the front brakes and the person in the service department was extremely rude..

They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave overnight. Told them to keep it then but service manager changed her mine and said no.WTH !, After 5 phone calls to service found out the only qualified tech to check u joints / rear end had quit. None of the other 15 techs could look at it for a evaluation. Place is a joke !! Then they tried to charge me for service and updates which should have been free. This is my first and last ford vehicle. Soon as I can order a new Chevy this one will be for sale. Stay away from this dealership . Looks like changing oil is all they do.

Excellent service department. I have been coming here since I bought my first cx-5 in 2012. Nick and the rest of the staff always taking good care of me whenever my car needs work done. I trust that they'll continue to provide an excellent service so my 2023 cx-5 will last as long as my first cx-5.

Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......

They are friendly, professional and trust worthy. They do what they say they are going to do and they make sure that it is done right. I spent most of my professional career in customer service for businesses that I owned and for businesses other individuals owned. I know excellent customer service when I see it. I purchased my car from Audia back in 2006, and they have taken great care of my vehicle ever since. Their service staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!
