As usual, Randy Oakes and the entire service team went out of their way to accommodate my last minute service needs. They make you feel as though YOU are the ONLY customer, which judging by those I was sitting next to in the waiting room is not the case! Whoever wrote "Failure to prepare on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part!" Must never been a customer at Emerling Ford! The are simply awesome!!!

Took my car with appt to have a thumping noise from right front checked out. Exactly 7 days later I returned to pick up my car due to the fact that it hadn't even been looked at yet by a tech and was unable to get any idea of when it would be looked at. Communication throughout the week was extremely poor, left multiple messages requesting an update and received no response. 3 days after car was brought in was first returned call, "didn't look at it yet, need more time" was the response. After 5 full work days of no one taking the time to look at it I needed the car back. Left message for service manager as well but yet to here back from him

We have received fair deals on new Toyota purchases (2) and honest appraisals of the service needs of cars we have brought in for routine maintenance. None of the three vehicles we have had serviced at this dealer has ever had a serious problem.
