Great service department, friendly and helpful. Drove in without an appointment for a motorcycle inspection (hard to find someone who does this around Rhinebeck) and they did it right away.

I was visiting Rhinebeck from out of town when my battery died. I got a jump and brought the car to Ruge's on a busy day and without an appointment to get a new battery. They tested the battery and found out it was fine - we somehow had kicked the cargo light on while removing luggage and drained it ourselves. They got us on the road again and didn't charge us a thing for the visit. They could easily have sold me a battery or they could have charged for the service visit. They showed a lot of integrity.
