I love my 2018 CX-9 (leased from Ramsay) but I haveI had repeated, mysterious electrical failures, some resulting in stranding the car. Route 9 Mazda has been indispensable and such a pleasure to deal with. Joe McKeon is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.Jamie Macchia is helpful, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Right now, given the issues with my car I am hesitant to buy another new Mazda, but if I do it will almost entirely because I am so impressed by this dealership.

My visit was as usual, quite a pleasure..the waiting area is clean and comfortable, with snacks and free hot coffee. the staff is always friendly and professional. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. My agent was especially nice, Mr. Sutton, who is especially knowledgeable, kept me posted on the work that was done on my car.. He even brought it to my attention of a problem that was pre-existing from the installation of my auto start.. I recommend this location to all my friends. It's the best!
