This review is for the SERVICE DEPT. @ Tasca VW in Elmsford. I want to give a shout out to Migual who is amazing and to Anthony Morrone, who I just had the pleasure of meeting yesterday,4/29/25 - for my Beetle Airbag Recall Notice. Ever since Tasca took over WP VW things have gotten a lot better in regards to their service dept. I took my 2018 Beetle in due to a recall notice on the airbag, while there, I asked Anthony Morrone, Service Agent, if he could also take a look at my left wiper & check my oil light which was still on even though I didn't need an oil change. He offered me car service to go home since the Airbag Recall could take a few hours. I chose to stay telling him if it's more than 2 hrs I'd take him up on it. Luckily for me it didn't! Anthony kept me posted through my time waiting which in the end took less than 90 mins! Anthony explained the technician's report to me and what to keep in mind for my next service. I felt SAFE leaving their Service Dept. knowing my car was in good hands & that the technician didn't skimp on doing his job. Anthony also gave me a Free Car Wash voucher. I'm very pleased with today's visit. I expected it to be long & drawn out. It wasn't. I recommend Tasca VW Service to everyone who owns a VW and who are looking to buy a VW! Gina - Yonkers NY

Had a service appointment. Waited more than 15 minutes. Service folks could not tell me when my car would be checked in, nor how long I'd have to wait for an oil change. The only answer I received was a wave of the service person's hand, as if to say, Look how crowded we are. I left and won't be back.

Not particularly happy with Chrysler warranty policy on electrical issues. Using corrosion as a void of warranty on internal parts is a cop out. Too bad great service overshadowed by poor policies

I am disgusted with the customer service of Honda as a whole. I have a 2018 pilot that has a bad torque converter. I have had issues since 2021 and was told sometimes these cars need to transmission fluid to be flushed 3 times because they get sludge in there. I told them I have never heard of that before but they insisted. Fast forward to 2024 and there is recall on these torque converters. So I brought it back in when my transmission light kept coming on and stated transmission fluid was hot. They never reached out to tell me about issue with this model. My car is now in the shop for day 2 and they have no problem leaving a divorced mom of 2 kids who has no family in the area without a rental car or solution to me being without a car. I told them I would rent a car and they could reimburse me because the issue is that they have no loaners in shop. Both this dealership and main honda number will not reimburse me. They want to give me back my car until thursday to drive around with bad transmission because "it is safe for local traveling" until they can service it in 2 days. I do not think that asking for a loaner car while they work on my transmission is too much to ask. I will not buy another HONDA

When you set up an appointment for inspection and tires and you show up and they don’t have your tires you asked for and the price match is out the window because now they try to charge for a more expensive tire. Twice I had horrible experience here and I will not be coming back for a third time. McCredy Norwich NY is the only place that will service my vehicle now. Shame I have bought two vehicles off your dealership and now that will never happen again as well!

I would choose zero stars if I could. I recently had an issue with my 2017 forester having a loud noise sometimes when idling and not starting on 3 separate occasions. I had to have it towed to Subaru on the day I was having it checked. After checking out the car I was told that the engine was seized and it would cost $8000-$10000. immediately upon hearing this news Ellen Yerry said "Do you want to talk to someone in sales?" I was told that obviously the engine is seized since the sticker in my window shows I am 30000 miles over for an oil change and it looks like someone put fresh oil in after the fact. This assumption was wrong as I had had an oil change less than 2000 miles prior and had just had a 90000 mile check up at this dealership. I showed all the paperwork to prove this. The attitude at this dealership was "Oh Well, sometimes things just happen" as told to me by Buddy Schism, the service manager. This is the dealership that I bought my car from. I was skeptical from the moment I was asked if I wanted to talk to someone in sales. I had the car towed to 1st Place Auto and Tire. In less than 2 hours they had diagnosed that the engine WAS NOT seized and it turned out to be the air condition compressor and belt. Fixed at a cost of $1200 The customer service I received was cold and uncaring every step of the way. I was charged $75.00 to incorrectly diagnose my car My car never moved from where I had it towed in the parking lot. Instead of taking my car in and actually looking at it they assumed what the problem was. Buddy claimed he was going to talk to someone at corporate to see if there was anything they could do to help ( my extended full coverage had recently run out from the 5 year mark but was still under 100000 miles.) I don't believe that he tried to talk to anyone. I truly feel that they were trying to SCAM me into buying a new car OR the mechanics are completely incompetent. I called this dealer to let them know about my car being fixed etc. Ellen claimed she would let Buddy know. Haven't heard a peep in 5 days. Where is this so called LOVE Subaru? I will tell everyone I know not to go there And I will share my story as far and wide as possible

Took my car with appt to have a thumping noise from right front checked out. Exactly 7 days later I returned to pick up my car due to the fact that it hadn't even been looked at yet by a tech and was unable to get any idea of when it would be looked at. Communication throughout the week was extremely poor, left multiple messages requesting an update and received no response. 3 days after car was brought in was first returned call, "didn't look at it yet, need more time" was the response. After 5 full work days of no one taking the time to look at it I needed the car back. Left message for service manager as well but yet to here back from him

They communicated exactly what the issues the previous dealership (Ray Catena Mercedes Edison), and identified exactly what was wrong with the car with timely, truthful and accurate updates. Along with a Loaner! We were a bit gun shy after our last negative experience but they really upheld the brand.

Brought my CX90 in for service after making an appointment. Dropped the car off at 7:30. They ubered me home. Late that afternoon they called to tell me the car was ready. They did a bunch of recalls and updates along with a service package for 15K miles. Did a video inspection of the car that they sent to my cell phone. They sent an uber to pick me up. Every thing went very smoothly.
