Horrible services, wouldn't answer their phones for days. Totally messed up my wiring and brakes and completely overcharged me for everything. I spent hundreds of dollars just fixing the problems they created.

Everyone at the service station was excellent, from receiving my call, getting me in right away, fixing the problem (which turned out to be minor) right away & checking out. This will be my new go to place for servicing my Palisade.

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.

My wife bought her new MINI from these folks more than 11 years ago. Through more than 160,000 miles, every repair has been right, her car washed for her every time, and a new loner was always provided. If they could get MINI to paint a new one yellow, she would buy it from them today.

I found my self at Mini even though I purchased a Ram from them. From the moment I walked in I was kindly greeted. I worked with Kevin and David who were genuinely concerned in my matter. My original sales person (Kuzy) was also there concerned as well. They were reassuring that the problem would be taken care of. I wish more dealerships could be modeled after this one! It is nice to be treated like family.

Excellent experience with the service department. I'm sure it was a team effort, but Robert Salas deserves a shout out in his public facing role. He expedited the work and patiently worked through insurance questions with me. You would have thought I was the only customer he had, based on the time he spent and how responsive his communication.

I wouldn't even give this place one star, besides the fact that they take advantage of people not having good credit and being desperate to over pay for a car, they have terrible customer service and do not take care of you. I spent 14000 on my 02 Saturn view and I am almost paying it off. I paid extra for the so called warrenty that they provide. My car was towed there 4 times in the year and in and out at least 15 times still doesn't run properly. I finally had to go in and make a scean with my boyfriend to have them do their job and fix my car and they still have it two weeks later, no update calls, and no reguard for me paying 100 dollars a week with no car. Anyone who writes good reviews are obv working for the company. This place has been a real xxxx show for me and I can not wait to be done with them. Anyone who is looking for good reliable service and a good car DO NOT GO HERE, it is not worth the three years of hassle you will get!!!!!!
