I bought a 2014 used Nissan Sentra, when I picked up the car the next day I had all sorts of problems. The car had no mats. They had to take the mats out of a model car. The seat was ripped on the passenger side. They did a bad staple job of the seat. The engine is not working and they refuse to check it. The spare keys kill engine switch was never deprogrammed when I got the car and one day I was stranded. Poor service team who does not care about customers

FYI to any customers using , Service dept. it is to be avoided. While the service manager seems to care. The service rep. really had no clue what he should be doing and really did not seem to care about what is best for customer or really the dealership. Brought in a 2014 Nissan Sentra that was running poorly. Charged for diagnostic, general check. I had been specific about what I wanted looked at, but I understood that they needed to run there own test. However, once "check" had been done, the service rep handed me an est. over $3000 dollars to get everything done. How stupid did he think I was, he should know the value of that car did not warrant the repairs. Will never use them again, will never buy a car from that dealership! PS $70.00 part self install solved problem. Thanks to one of their mechanics who thought part might be problem.

I brought my new Ranger in to have a Ford tonneau cover installed. The technician had muddy shoes on, left muddy footprints all over the bed and scratched the paint. They charged me $95.00 for a 10 minute job and brought my truck out. The salesman sends a text asking me about my experience. I tell him what happened and also tell him the tonneau cover leaks as it doesn't fit and there are missing pieces (rubber for the front by the cab) . I wanted a full refund, all of a sudden l have an attitude and the salesman has lost respect for me. This is a brand new truck and was damaged by an incompetent technician, the service manager allowed it to happen and the owner of the dealership still hasn't made good 3 weeks later.

After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of the fuel pump as even posted on Chrysler’s website. They then asked to conduct electrical work to find a problem for a fuse that kept blowing according to them. Now they say oh it was just the fuel pump. Clearly trying to charge me for something that I already knew. Extremely shady and I’m not the only person to be told they need extra stuff from these people.

(I don't know who I talked to; I clicked on "Ryan Cassidy because he was the only one listed under "Service." Whoever I talked to was supposed to be the service manager). My wife, who is elderly (as am I), took her car in because her horn stopped working. TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY THREE DOLLARS LATER, she got her car back. The service manager said the cost was her fault because she accepted it. "She could have gone somewhere else or bought another car." And if she doesn't understand cars, I "should not have ALLOWED her" to bring it in !!!!!!!!!!!!

The service department charged us $1200 dollars to replace the left front caliper along with the front brake pads and rotors. 30,000 miles later the caliper leaked and failed. They stated that they only warranty for 1 year or 12,000 miles. Do not go here if you are looking for decent service or a service department that stands by their work.
