Aweful! Don't Buy Their Dealership Warranty!! - You Know Who I Am
DON"T buy into a dealership warranty at M&M. I took my car that was bought there new several times to be fixed and they were unable to resolve the issues. They were also unable to provide me a loaner car while they worked on my car even though a loaner car was part of the dealership warranty. They charged me multiple deductibles for the same issues that they were unable to fix during the prior visits. If you are the person that likes over priced cars that don't work properly and useless warranties than this is your car dealership.

I brought my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and because the transmission was acting up. The car was dropped off on a Monday. On Thursday the dealership calls me up and tells me that the technician cannot find a problem with my transmission and wants me to come in and duplicate the problems on the transmission. If this technician cannot identify a problem transmission why is he employed at a dealership. They didn't mention that they check the front end which was another one of the main problems or the fact that the transmission was slipping. I've owned cars for most of my young life and I've never experienced service this terrible.

I was so impressed with how fast my Jeep was serviced and how helpful everyone was. I loved the video showing the technician looking over the vehicle and going right to the issue without any hesitation as to what was wrong. Because of this fast service we were able to keep our vacation plans rather than being stuck without our car. My hopes are renewed Thank you to everyone at Nemer Crysler Jeep Ram of Queensbury

After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure - David
After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of the fuel pump as even posted on Chrysler’s website. They then asked to conduct electrical work to find a problem for a fuse that kept blowing according to them. Now they say oh it was just the fuel pump. Clearly trying to charge me for something that I already knew. Extremely shady and I’m not the only person to be told they need extra stuff from these people.
