Lexus of Freeport checks all the boxes when providing a pleasant experience for their customers. It was so easy and convenient to make an appointment for service, and I actually enjoyed sitting in the Quiet Room while I waited for the car to be finished. I was almost disappointed that the car was done early! They offer a free car wash and that is very appreciated by all. I love my NX350H and will always be a Lexus of Freeport customer. 😌

Paul explained about the other fluids my vehicle would need in order to keep my vehicle running in excellent/good condition. I do know on one of my other visits that my vehicle would eventually require those services so I was not caught off guard. Ryan was my technician working on my vehicle

I am normally very happy with this dealership and it's operations. I had a scheduled appointment on February 21st at 8:20am. My normal counter guy was not there, so I already had apprehensions about how the service was going to go. I was in because I had my engine light come on and not go out this time. We've been watching it....feeling that it was related to the gas tank stopper not sealing (no final click anymore) all the way. Apparently instead of walking 10feet to the waiting area, I was sent an email... .never got it. So delay right there. When I was finally approached it was almost 2 hrs of being there. That was all fixed - but my rear brakes also needed repair - which I knew would be next on my list to do. I was told that it would be about 2 hrs to do it. So said okay, please fix. Since it was going to be just 2hrs, I was offered a ride home via the shuttle - I normally would just stay there, but I needed to check on my dog. So I went home. After 2 hrs with no word I started calling the shop. The girl who answered (also was new to me) took info and then no one called back. I wound up calling back again, and just asked to the van to come get me I would wait there. So now it's about 1230pm. She put me on hold and then I was told The van driver was on lunch.......finally I get picked up and brought back to the dealership somewhere between 3-330pm.
