Ms Stefania Martinez & Mr Keehner are excellent at their jobs. Routine maintenance done without any headaches. Atlantic Audi provides such great service that I drive over 50 miles to get my repairs as opposed to 60 blocks to have them done in Bay Ridge. Well done!! I will always travel to Atlantic Audi

I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn’t get it out. I drove in without an appointment thinking they were going to be annoyed but when I got there it was the complete opposite. They had a man named Tony who took over, told me to go in and have a coffee while he and his staff tried to make it work. Just the fact that they looked into it and worked together to help me was astonishing. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed me at Audi of Smithtown. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know because this dealership stands out from the rest and I’ve known it since 2015!

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!
Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi
Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!
