Car in shop 3 days, they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong , took engine apart and left it like that , had to have it towed because of incompetency and poor arrogant service , paid a fortune for nothing on top of it all. Later my mechanic fixed the car within half a day for less that the amount I paid them.

Stay away from city world ford and stay away from service with these bozos. Sad that good people have to do what the manager says.

Danny helped me find the car I was looking for and took the time to show me all models. I choose the 228xi he had tons of patients with me through out the day from colors to inside interior. This guy tried to tell me that our van was overheating because of an AIR POCKET and that he needed to bleed the entire cooling system at a cost of $350.00. I told him I was taking the van elsewhere, he attempted to charge me $108 for looking at the car. SHAME ON YOU, did you think I just fell off the turnip truck?? A major dealership resorting to these unethical tactics? DO NOT USE CONWAY MOTORS IN BALDWIN NY, THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY ARE SHAMELESS!!!
