One of the worst experiences of my life. My 900 SE 2.0 Tur Saab needed emergency repairs, so I had it towed into Smithtown Saab, if you can even call it that. They proceeded to rip me off for repairs I did not need, and one of their service people stole my Ipod out of the glove box. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Saab is going under anyway. It's pretty obvious why.

The mechanics at Specchio Ford are first rate. When ever I need service I am well taken care of in a professional manner. The Service Dept. takes excellent care of my vehicles. Easy to make an appointment and my cars are ready within a reasonable length of time. They are also ready to help me if I have difficulty out on the road. I had a tire problem recently at the grocery store, and the service department was on the scene to help quickly. We got the car back to the shop repaired on back on the road all within an hour and a half. Outstanding service.

This dealership is amazing. They will do anything to help you. They literally treat you like one of thier own. I've never had an issue, always efficient. Very professional. Very clean dealership, nice ammenities while you wait. I own 2 saabs, and they have offered just a stellar ammount of help with any concerns I have.
