f it’s up to me I will give them zero starts. I have the worst service experience. My 2016 Senta Fe had an engine replaced recently from this place. When I went to pick up my car after the engine replacement my driver side mirror was damaged, My car had scratches all over and there was rear bumper damage. And this is not the first time this happened to my car. My car got hit 3 times in there dealership. The staff, service rep, manager is clueless. The dealership doesn’t provide with any loaner vehicle. I am paying for Uber and Lyft everyday to go to work and the dealership is not reimbursing me. It’s been more then 3 months I spend over $2000 in commute and they still have my car. After the engine replacement I didn’t get to test drive the car. The new manager is so unprofessional and he have no idea what’s going on at the dealership. Every time I ask him questions he tells me I will speak to my higher authorities and never gets back to me. When I saw the damages on my car The new manager refused to fix it and he started blaming all the damages on me then the service rep brought in the paperwork which showed when I dropped the car at there dealership it had no damages at all. When I asked the new manager to give me a copy of that document he said I will email you the copy by 5pm I called him back and he said I can’t give you a copy it’s legal document. After reviewing the paperwork he tells me that we will fix the car but the way he said it it sounded like he was doing a favor to me. The old manager was so nice and helpful I think his name was Peter. He always helped me with my concerns. I reported my concern to the Hyundai case manager and there dealership in Bayside.

Had some issues with my oil & Tire rotation Plan. I informed the Lead Assistant to let them know I had the Plan but it wasn’t honor due to not showing up in system. I called the Company that handle my Coverage and informed them the issue I had with Plan. I tried to get your Lead to talk to my Company, so they get the problem solved, but it seems he was too busy. So now I had to pay out of pocket. All it took was to him to communicate with the agent on the phone a problem solved

I have been to two of their dealers and received unfair service. They fixed the wrong headlight shield. I told the service man that my left front headlight shield was misted over from the inside and needed fixing. The service man came out and I showed him the shield and was quoted almost 500 dollars because the whole front of the car needed to be replaced. The work was done and all seemed fine. A year later I went back because the shield was misted over again. Their records showed that they replaced the left front shield which is what mechanics refer to as driver side left front. Since I am not a mechanic I referred to the left front by viewing facing the vehicle. Why would an intelligent mechanic replace a part that looked okay? Don't they look at what they are fixing and realize that something is wrong with the order? Another time years ago with a different vehicle I went to the dealer for an oil change. I said I needed new windshield wipers and was astonished at the high price. However I paid the bill and at some point realized why my bill was so high. I said windshield wipers when the term should have been just the rubber blades. Back then you could just purchase just the blades. Why wouldn't their service man question replacing the entire mechanisms when they obviously work fine and say miss you must mean the rubber blades. Nope. Also sold me four tires that never made it through the summer.

Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful. Terrible communication, even worse customer service, and they can’t seem to fix issues. Damaging and depreciating the value of the car in the process. I will never buy another Lincoln (or Ford) and I’ll be telling everyone to stay far away from any Lincoln/Ford dealership or vehicle in the future.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had a really bad experience when I bought a car from Atlantic Lexus now known as Stoler Lexus they sell me Tire insurance for five years with false statement and never explain me certain terms on the contract just told me they will replace tire if there is any nail in tire and I keep paying insurance for tires very month but when I went to service center with nail in tire they told me that tire should have certain amount of thread so they r not able to replace and charge me for new tire my concern is why they keep charge me for insurance if they don't approve claims its xxxxxxxxx never Recommend this place and make sure don't trust them just check all paper work before sign or u will be robbed

I broke down six hours away from home pulled into storms seven am Manny Sslierno opened his door even though they were closed. Told they were booked for the day but said he would see what he could. A little while later came out told me they would look at it I was overjoyed I was totally stuck he figured out a way to get me in. His technician diagnosed the the problem immediately made needed repair very quickly and had me on my way. I can’t over emphasize how much I appreciate what Manny and his guys for me. 2010 power wagon, cost 50000. 36000 miles axle joints, covered. 40000 miles steering box out of warranty not covered. 1000 dollar repair. 55000 miles power steering pump failure, not covered by power train warranty. 900 dollar repair, I'll do it for 550. Dealer part not working correctly. Notified dealer, told to wait a week it's air in the system. Finally get an appointment, dealer agrees to replace pump. Defective. After changing pump dealer notices plastic bits in steering box. These are bits from defective pump. Dealer says he isn't responsible since I changed pump myself and won't pay for box, but will pay for pump that caused problem. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. I like the dodge product but this dealer will not get my business ever again. Business link means nothing either.
