Worst experience ever! - Truckguy

Don't expect your service to be done in a timly manner unless you bought the vehicle from them! Made an appointment several weeks in advance, general maintenance, when i dropped it off, i inquired about a time frame, i was told there were cars in front of me and that they had the day to complete the service. My appointment was first thing in the morning. I complained to the manager and his first question was where did you buy the vehicle. I bought a Dodge, I was looking for Dodge Service Work. I'll never go there again.

I had a fantastic experience at United Jeep in Bay Ridge, where the service staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. I want to give a special shoutout to the lady with the amazing hairstyle and her coworker at the reception, though I regretfully forgot their names. Despite arriving an hour late due to the heavy rain that Saturday morning(03/23), the staff remained absolutely professional and friendly. They offered me a delicious coffee in their Guest's Lounge and engaged me in a pleasant conversation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was initially concerned about being a last-minute customer, but my worries disappeared as the staff handled everything smoothly and stress-free. The facility itself is ultra clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I had a recall and oil change alerts and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary oil change as a new customer. This experience has restored my trust in the brand dealerships, and I will be returning for future services. Thank you to the entire team at United Jeep for a job well done, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon. Highly recommended!

Car in shop 3 days, they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong , took engine apart and left it like that , had to have it towed because of incompetency and poor arrogant service , paid a fortune for nothing on top of it all. Later my mechanic fixed the car within half a day for less that the amount I paid them.

Only honest people here is the service advisor and the mechanics. Michelle was the best service advisor anyone can ever have. And as for the Manager at service your a xxxxxxxx. Stay away from city world ford and stay away from service with these bozos. Sad that good people have to do what the manager says.
