This is the second time I have had a situation with the Service Dept here and there won't be a third. I Scheduled an appointment for 3pm and my wife arrived a half hour early, then service person tells her that they can't look at the problem with my 4 runner because they are back log. She took time off from work to make the scheduled appt and drove 45 mins from home for nothing. Again, we tried to give Fox our Business because it is closer to home. we will go back making the 90 min drive to Hoselton Toyota in East Rochester where we should of Stayed - GOOD RIDDENS -

Kyle Lacey Is my go to person any time I need something done I call Kyle and he has taken care of me 350% It could be an oil change, tires are low anything to do with my jeep and is he ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME AWESOME AWESOME Jeff Mckee AWESOME Guy to work with he is always there to make sure I'm taking care of getting me new vehicles . plus taken care of them if there is a problem.
