Beware of the sales pitch for warranteed pre-owned and certified vehicles (read every little bit of fine print and ask every question imaginable). Our experience with this warrantee and with the dealership standing by it is weak. After less than a year of owning our vehicle, and $1500 of work done on the car, we are ready to go back to owning a foriegn car.

2016 Highlander becomes very darty when driving in windy con - Highlander

We have a 2016 Toyota Highlander that is very very darty in windy conditions, the steering is very responsive and drives good under normal conditions but when the wind starts blowing you better pay attention the steering is so sensitive and light when the wind pushes and you need to correct I find that you over correct very easily. I think Toyota need to program the electric power steering to become stiffer at highway speed to help prevent over correcting in windy conditions.

I recently called King O'Rourke Cadillac in Smithtown to have my Cadillac Escalade V serviced for a recall set out by the company, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Even though I’m a proud Cadillac owner, I was told that they would not provide me with a loaner vehicle because I didn’t purchase my car directly from their dealership — I bought it from Texas instead. It’s shocking that a dealership representing the Cadillac brand would treat customers differently based on where they made their purchase. As a loyal Cadillac customer, I expected the same level of service regardless of where my car was purchased. Denying a loaner because of this is not only inconvenient, but it shows a lack of respect for customers who invest in the brand. I was told this was a policy set by Sean King, and frankly, it’s an atrocious one. If I were a potential buyer, this experience would certainly drive me away from this dealership. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future and recommend other Cadillac owners do the same if they value being treated fairly. ---

KiPo Suzuki is an awesome dealership Iam on my second vehicle from them. the Service Department is great they when you call with an issue they do their very best to get your vehcile in as soon as possible. They clearly and concisely explain issues with your vehicle and offer options to rectify the issue. They are a great team and have a strong focus on providing great customer service which they always do. This is an excellent dearlership!

Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I brought in my 2010 HHR for ignition recall. I would have rated 5 stars and a 10 but they could have been more honest with the estimated time to complete the work. The service writer said about an hour to an hour and a half but it wasn't ready until 3 hours after I dropped it off.

Rude, pushy, crass and unprofessional. The sales manager used the F word in casual conversation the fist time he met me and my wife - as though it’s socially acceptable and expected. The young salesman found several vehicles that were not specifically what we were looking for, and kicked the door and thanked us for wasting his time when we didn’t buy one (at best 60K). We went to Don’s Ford in Utica and were treated like VIPs.

The car (2000 Cougar) has been an unreliable defective xxx, so I've had plenty of opportunities to deal with the service dept. In my expereience L&B is the only shop that can reliably diagnose problems. OK, they did miss one factory bullletin, but in all other cases they got it right. Joe is a great advisor - friendly, responsive, accomodating, and helpful. He makes an already annoying situation as bearable as possible. I'm by now totally turned off to Ford product and will be shopping elsewhere; Joe and the L&B service dept. will be the one thing I miss.
