FYI to any customers using , Service dept. it is to be avoided. While the service manager seems to care. The service rep. really had no clue what he should be doing and really did not seem to care about what is best for customer or really the dealership. Brought in a 2014 Nissan Sentra that was running poorly. Charged for diagnostic, general check. I had been specific about what I wanted looked at, but I understood that they needed to run there own test.
However, once "check" had been done, the service rep handed me an est. over $3000 dollars to get everything done. How stupid did he think I was, he should know the value of that car did not warrant the repairs.
Will never use them again, will never buy a car from that dealership!
PS $70.00 part self install solved problem. Thanks to one of their mechanics who thought part might be problem.
