I have a 2002 Chevy Tracker, which has been in for a passenger seat replacement three times! It STILL does not release out for a passenger all of the time. Eric Mangetti would not deliver a loaner to me as he seems to think in 15 minutes he can fix this - which would be the 4th time back to be replaced with a new one. I do not have the time to deal with again and again. The car should be picked up, a loaner given, ... the seat belt replaced no questions asked at this point. Oriy I spent!

Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......

They are friendly, professional and trust worthy. They do what they say they are going to do and they make sure that it is done right. I spent most of my professional career in customer service for businesses that I owned and for businesses other individuals owned. I know excellent customer service when I see it. I purchased my car from Audia back in 2006, and they have taken great care of my vehicle ever since. Their service staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!
