The sales manager work with us without pressure or games...We gave him a price we settled very close at it. Seeing how upset my youngest was the sales man( Rob) felt bad. When we came to pick up the vehicle the next day my daughter opened the car door to find Rob had gotten a VW Beetle for her! It made the whole trade-in a lot less tearful. We could'nt thank him enough for his kindness. We also had been preapproved for the auto loan with our bank and the dealership went above and beyond to get us a lower rate than the already low rate we had. We are very pleased with the experience we had with Prestiege Toyota and will be looking there 1st when we buy our next car.
