They cancelled my appointment without informing me. They can only service my car weekdays, not weekends, and so you would also think they would tell me that while I'm making the appointment. No shuttle service on weekends or courtesy cars. Many of the staff are not friendly. I ordered a Tesla adaptor that was delivered to the dealership. No one called me or emailed me when it arrived. I went to pick it up and the person at the counter didn't even greet me. Where do they find their workers? Prisons?

Bought car 3 weeks ago and they've had over 2 of the 3wks in service and have nobody will help and tell u what u want to hear just get u off phone and u leave message but they never call u back.anf the stuff was Minor that needed fixed they have nothing major.and it's used vehicle u feel like I'm not important case not big spender they put me on back burner.They are rude when u call and try get answers and won't help you with your issues something told me to walk away and mind you I put my hard earned money down of 10,000.this is ridiculous over two weeks just fix torn spot and cruise control and want be rude when u call never buy from these people they don't care about customers if u not spending big money even the sales manager is rude and go forbid he has to get up from his rolling chair to address you.and every time I call ask for mgr oh they not available only person call me back was the operator lady which was only nice person and sounded concerned.dont buy from here cause after u buy them don't care because your a number and they made the sale and on to the next person.i will never buy from here again nor will I refer them never.onwner needs clean house or have a meeting with sales mgr on important of customer service after sales.they need alot work or they gonna loose business.i hope they even care enough to reach out try resolve my concerns but won't hold my breath

I would like to thank the service department for taking care of us when we had an emergency problem. We were traveling from Florida back to Ohio when one of our hydraulic jacks began leaking fluid. The service department fixed us up by strapping it up in place so it wouldn’t drop down while we were driving home. We made it home safe and sound! They have been very good about taking care of us with all the problems we have had with our Thor Windsport. Emily has gone above and beyond to make things go smoothly. Even climbing up on the roof to see if there were any problems with the roof. What a display of customer service!

Poor Service, Poor Management & unbelievably disappointing - Hondaman

After purchasing a brand new 2018 ACE motor coach it required repair for a leak, burned out tail lights and for and finish issues. They write up the repair request and say give us a few weeks to see what’s going on and her approval for repair. After no follow up we call to see if the coach is ready? Oh yea, we were gonna call ya..... We get there to pick up the coach and the original service writer is out so we get the pleasure of dealing with Mehu. Mehu is an extremely positive person. He can’t answe any questions until you keep a positive vibe. The coach has not been repaired. They could not duplicate the tail light not burning and they are sure the leak is resolved. Wrong on both accounts. They didn’t even wipe the water leaking in the floor. Go back in to address these concerns with Mehu but he will not come out of the office because we are too negative. These folks are severely mismanaged. Steve Butterfield offers assistance and apologies for the work not being completed as promised. He makes a big to do that it will be repaired. Keeps it another week and offers to fill it with gas after numerous trips to CW with no real action. These people don’t care about the customer or the company they work for. The fact that they continue to sell and pretend to service RVs is absolutely amazing. We ended up contacting the manufacturer directly. Even they weren’t shocked at the level of service we received. The manufacter recommenced a reputable dealer and service is occurring there from now on. On and even the reputable dealer was aware of their business practices. I have dealt with many dealerships and NEVER have I seen the level of piss poor service and outright Customer disrespect and poor business practices Word of advice if you need service or plan to purchase an RV, do not go to CW Statesville it will take the joy of ownership right out of camping

My vehicle is at Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount and - Incredibly disappointed

My vehicle is at Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount and has been there for 3 weeks to have the water pump and turbo lines replaced. This is a warranty repair. The first week was due to the warranty company having to send someone out to verify everything. Monday of the following week, Nathan (service writer) calls me and tells me the parts are in and they'll get to it soon and I should have it back by that Friday. During this conversation, he also tells me that one of the diagnostics was not covered because the warranty company refused to approve one of the repairs. There's also a $35 difference per hour in what the service contract pays for labor and Capital's labor rate. He adds everything up and tells me a figure just above $700. Now, Monday will be 3 full weeks that it has been there. Yesterday, he calls me saying vehicle is finished and I owe $3500. 🤯😲 He proceeds to tell me that the warranty company wasn't paying for seals and that the total hours equal out to 15.5 hours. He puts it on the warranty company, saying they don't want to pay more than 6hrs for the turbo lines and they asked for 13. I get off the phone with him and call the warranty company. They are floored and have no idea what's going on. The warranty representative tells me that Capital only asked for 6hrs of payment for the turbo lines. He continues to tell me that the jump from 6 to 13hrs doesn't sound right to him, because they all use the same database for labor rates. I call Nathan back after the warranty guys have contacted him. He says everything is covered except coolant and a filter of some kind. I asked what the cost is. He tells me around $2900. At this point I'm getting irritated. My vehicle has been in their shop for almost 3wks and all of a sudden I'm being asked to pay for all but $3k and the warranty company is telling me that Capital never asked for 13hrs. So, I'm sure he could tell that I'm not happy through the tone in my voice. After we hang up, I call the warranty company back to extend rental coverage until this issue is resolved. The warranty company tells me that they tried to call Nathan back, but he had to leave work for the day due to an emergency, all of a sudden (whether this is true or not I don't know). So, a message was left for the service manager to call the warranty company back. To my knowledge, that never happened. I was never contacted about the difference in hours that the warranty allotted and the hours that Capital was going to charge, regardless (if there was an actual difference). I never authorized this. If I was told a price of that magnitude, at any point, I would have declined service and took my vehicle elsewhere. I wasn't happy about the original $700, but I understood business and the limitations of the warranty. So, I was willing to tolerate that. From what I understand of the law, you're not able to charge more than 10% above the quoted price of a repair without the owner's authorization. I never signed a single thing with a price on it. The only time that I was at Capital in this whole 3 weeks, was the beginning Monday. Before an estimate had ever been put together. At this point, Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount, NC is holding my vehicle ransom. I've never dealt with this out of a dealership before and I expected a more professional ...a more ethical experience. I am requesting that Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount, NC honor the original quoted price, from when the estimate was completed. I would like for this to be a simple mistake and it be corrected than to have to go through the legal system.

Free oil change for life is not free! Yes, there are other maintenance items that need to be completed at certain milage intervals with additional cost however; trying to charge my young daughter $500 for items other than the oil change that I scheduled is a bit ridiculous. I have a copy of the contract that I signed and nowhere on there does it say at 60k there will be a $500 charge with your free oil change. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from this dealership in the future nor will I recommend them. I wish there was a way to upload my contract to one could see the discrepancy.

*Go to Mazda at Sports Durst in Durham instead* This review is only for the service department. I called them to set up an appointment to get an issue with my car diagnosed. The lady that answers the phone in this department needs an education on customer service. At one point during the conversation she said that I'll need to "drop the vehicle off and leave it with us". So I asked her to clarify how long it will take for them to look at it. She answered my question by repeating "you need to drop the vehicle off and leave it with us" in a slower tone. I understand the English language - that is not what I asked to be clarified. She had a very entitled tone to her voice that made it seem like she couldn't care less about whether you were a customer or not. On top of all of this she said that it would cost $150 for a diagnostic check and that cost would NOT go towards the cost to fix the problem. So I called Mazda at Sport Durst (in Durham) instead. They had FAR better customer service and said that the cost to diagnose WOULD go towards the cost of fixing the problem. So I would recommend everyone use them over the Cary location - even if it is a farther drive.

Had warning lights showing, was minor problem, but amanda was excellent. Question for used car manager on used car we bought in january on lack of car jack and spare tire, he resolved issue completely
