I have been dealing with Cross Creek Subaru since 2016. They have excellent customer service and perks to boot. I have all of my maintenance and repairs done there. Recently my latch on my Outback failed to catch or lock. I called for help and I was told what to try. When that failed to solve my problem I was told that I could bring my vehicle in so it could be checked out. I did, and almost immediately the problem was investigated. Within a short period of time, I was told that my vehicle was ready! Wow, but get this~~ NO CHARGE!!! Impressive! Thank you Cross Creek Subaru!!😃

Predatory. They will give you a long list of repairs you don’t actually need, talk fast, and throw around a bunch of big numbers to confuse you. If you’re out of warranty, take your car someplace else.
