Title: Disappointing Experience at Range Rover of Raleigh Service Center I recently left my car at the Range Rover of Raleigh service center on a Sunday night, hoping for a smooth and efficient service experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with the service team has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First thing Monday morning, I called to convey my issue. My service tech, "J," re-asked three questions that I had already answered. Despite the car being checked in on Monday, there was no follow-up or information provided about the diagnosis. When I reached out on Tuesday, "J" would only communicate via text and informed me that the car had still not been checked. I requested a telephone conversation, which he ignored. Instead, he began suggesting additional tests even though the initial diagnosis had not been performed. Frustrated, I called to speak with the service manager, "T." Within 15 minutes of that request, "J" called me. I asked why he was suggesting additional tests when I had not received any feedback regarding my car, nor the promised video from a certified technician. I reluctantly agreed to the tests but have not received a call back since our discussion. I left another message for service manager "T" on Tuesday but received no response. I called again at 7:45 AM and noon the next day, but still, no call back. It's disheartening to see all the wonderful reviews when my experience has been far from satisfactory. This is the second time this year that I've encountered such poor service. It makes me wonder if negative reviews are being hidden or buried by bots. If this is what Range Rover excellence looks like, I want no part of it. Beware, as it seems that some customers receive different levels of service. My experience at Range Rover of Raleigh has been extremely disappointing, and I urge potential customers to be cautious.

Tilita is Awesome! - Madai

Tilita is Awesome!! Unfortunately, one of my friends thought he was doing me a favor by getting some serious work done to my car. He didn't take it to Lee Hyundai to get it done. I know he meant well, but I was on edge. I was going out of town and was very concerned about the work that was done (Not at a hyundai dealer). Tilita squeeze me in on a Saturday to look at my car before I had to go back to Florida. She said that everything look fine according to the tech. It just needed a couple of things done. What a sigh of relief. I thank Tilita for her assistance on getting me in on a holiday weekend. I have also asked my friend to never have anything done to my car without the hyundai being involved going forward.

This dealership service department is the most unprofessional auto service department I’ve ever dealt with in my 40 years as a driver. They quoted my $1,700.00 repair down to a battery for my spare key fab. But, when I picked up my car, the struts that hold my hood up, were suddenly broken and the hood wouldn’t stay open. They didn’t mention it one time. The engine cover was left off and laying on top of the engine. It was not snapped on just laying there. I’m missing my full size spare tire. And I have a grease stain on my carpet. They have no explanation for any of this. Ashley, our service contact is rude. She lied to my husband and myself several times about everything from the price right down to an accurate time frame for the repair. People need to know when their car will be finished. I have contacted Acura corporate with pictures and we heard they will once again get fined. I think it’s just terrible what they do to people. If I had read the reviews before entrusting them with my SUV, I wouldn’t have gone there. I think the overall experience of 1 star is generous. When you buy a car, you’re expecting to have your service experience to be better than this!

The service department here definitely needs new management and service advisors. Very unfriendly service advisor with Ciera. Her whole attitude and demeanor communicates that she’s being put out with any question or issue and she’s doing you a favor by even answering your phone call. John the service manager completely disregarded our complaint and issue. Like not even a response! Besides not standing behind the complete engine replacement they completed, which was done just a few months ago, an 02 sensor went faulty and instead of replacing it for a reasonable cost, they tried to charge us over $600 to replace a $99 part. If parting with your hard earned money and being fleeced is something you enjoy then by all means use the service department here! If you don’t appreciate being ripped off, then avoid for sure. John, the service manager didn’t even bother to call or respond to an email about the issue I raised… I called three other service shops in the area and all of them were 50 to 60% of the price quoted by Ciera. If you’re looking for any level of Kia car repair or Kia auto repair in the Rolesville, Wendell or Raleigh area, I would highly recommend avoiding this particular dealership. Just super unhappy with the lack of friendly customer service, and I despise being ripped off by dishonest repair shops like this one. These scam artists even included $190 diagnostic fee in the repair even if we decided to go with them for the repair. We’re talking about a five minute hook up to a computer to get the Kia error code. Hopefully this review costs them a lot more than $190 by helping a few others not get ripped off and have to be subjected to terrible customer service in the process! Go get your Kia repaired somewhere else!

I've got a 2022 pacifica with less than 38,000 miles on it that has developed issues with the infotainment system GPS display and Audio). Also, sometimes the power rear doors can't be opened from the passenger compartment. I called to make appointment and was dumped into voice mail.. After waiting for 2 days for a call back, which I never received, I called and managed to get through to service to try to schedule an appointment, only to be told I couldn't. Rather I was told to leave this $50K car with them and they'd call me once they got around to looking at it. I really don't consider that an acceptable service response.

I had a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 for almost 5 years and had it serviced, oil change and filter, tires rotated and the cost was 45 to 55 dollars at Hwy US #1 dodge in Sanford NC. I took my new 2022 Dodge Ram to Aberdeen for same service as above and the charge was $ 172.00. They charged me $ 96 because they gave me a DISCOUNT ?? Be sure and get a cost before you allow them to do any work !!! J.R. Hill

I brought my truck in for the standard ford works plus a few more tasks I asked them to do. I was told that they would give me a call to update me once they know a time line. They had my truck for 6hrs before I called for a timeline check myself. I was told they still had no idea what needed to be done (I left a list with them in the morning). When they finally called me to tell me my truck was complete, I came to pick up my truck and was informed that the only thing they completed was the basic ford works and not everything else I requested. They didn’t fill out the inspection checklist so they had to pull my truck back in and inspect it again that took 20 more minutes. They also did not top off all my fluids, did not flash my computer system like I requested, did not fix my USB ports like I requested, and also did not fix my onboard compass like I requested. Service did not communicate with me at all throughout the day. They had my truck for an entire day and accomplished the bare minimum. Coming from someone who has worked at a ford dealership and has a father who has ran/managed multiple dealerships, I know what the level of service should be. This was a very poor experience. I still need everything else I requested to be fixed. I went to Leith because I just moved to Knightdale and I am looking for a new home dealership for service and possible future purchases. - Harley Davidson

Most shocking dealership/HONDA service ever!! I don't write reviews, this dealership should be ashamed of the treatment to long standing customer. If they offered ZERO stars as option, that is exactly what I'd given. Do not by any means or situation even out of desperation visit this service department. Genuine HONDA trained mechanics, my foot. Facts #1. This dealership supposedly performed scheduled maintenance routine on my transmission. Fact #2. Transmission FAILED with less than 60,000 miles. ALL MAINTENANCE WAS DONE ON TIME OR BEFORE DUE. ZERO EXCEPTIONS! Fact #3 Dealership did replace transmission and it cost me 500$ out of pocket. Fact #4. When the HONDA trained, 27 year veteran master mechanic did the transmission swap. He DESTROYED BOTH FRONT HUBS & WHEELS. WTH?? Fact #5. The dealership again replaced the effected parts as, the 27 year veteran master mechanic destroyed the others components. Thier responsible! Fact #6 The dealership set appointment up after receiving ALL PARTS IN. Took day off work to get my vehicle fixed, hopefully? Fact 7. Arrived on time for appointment at 8:30 a.m sat in dealership for 5-1/2 hrs. With ZERO updates. Service writer says we got ya buttt.... Fact #8. They were lacking seal kit to swap wheels to complete work. WTH? 2 50cent rubber O rings they couldn't aquire in 5-1/2 hours. Or better yet when they ordered ALL PARTS. Why did they not get all parts. WTH. Fact # 10. Arrived this A.M. for 8 a.m. appointment, said appointment was set by assistant manager. Pulled in, everyone said can we help you like they were clueless? Said sure told them my name and why I was there. They were convinced I had no appointment looking through appointments. WTH? Fact #11. So I said get my parts I'll take my truck elsewhere as you'll don't have a clue. Fact #12. Carry gets very load and agitated says "my name is carry I'm take care of you. Very angrily and load, and heard all the others saying I had no appointment. Didn't speak up, until after I demanded my parts to take to a real professional facility. This fella has anger issues. Fact#13. IF YOU DONT TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY. DONT SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!! Fact #14. NEVER EVER WILL I OR ALL OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS EVER USE THIS FACILITY.
