I bought a 2022 Tundra the first part of 2022. We started having problems from the very beginning. The truck has been taken in for service three times. There has been three recalls and we continue to have brake issues. Three weeks ago we took it back to the dealership and was told they would help us to find another truck, not a word. We don’t feel safe driving this truck. It has been parked for three months. So given all of this, find a dealership that will work with you to resolve safety issues.

They don’t fix things right the first time and have you come back numerous times for the same thing. Lack of responsibility for the mistakes they made. If there’s a problem outside of wear and tear, they created it. Repairs are done poorly. Recommends expensive repairs and does the absolute worst with fixing what they say is wrong. When they touch stuff, they have the tendency to break things. They don’t put stuff back right, they leave off bolts and gaskets. They don’t do proper oil changes, lie about rotating tires but yet have you pay for it. They don’t always change the filter when doing the oil change. At times, they don’t even properly fill oil nor top off other fluids like they claim. Apparently, they don’t know how to screw in a oil filter properly. They don’t stand behind their work and they don’t care about your vehicle (especially if it’s older) I found me “professional” mechanic that was able to fix all the stupid mistakes GT service dept made. My truck is doing so much better now that it’s out of Greenville Toyota’s ridiculous care! To Greenville Toyota, find something else to destroy besides someone’s vehicle.

I would think that a customer could get a dead animal removed at no cost as a customer courtesy after spending a good amount of money for tires.

I have been going to Midstate Toyota for my vehicles for 8 years now. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. I get all my service done here as well. The customer service is on point. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had service and recall performed. Jonathan in service was such a nice professional young man that helped me so much. So patient answering questions. Helped me obtain a loaner for the day and kept me informed of the status of things. Very calming personality. Highly recommend this dealership.

Huge shout out to Candice Rakes and the rest of the Mt Airy Toyota Service Team. Very professional and extremely helpful. While traveling my car started acting up. They looked at my car on a Saturday morning without an appointment and diagnosed the issue. The repair would have been completed except parts needed to be ordered. Getting the problem resolved here rather than on my return trip provides great peace of mind. Thanks for all of your efforts in getting me back on the road and headed home to New Hampshire. You guys rock!!!

We are incredibly grateful to the entire service team at Peterson Toyota. Jamira and Stephanny had our Tacoma thoroughly evaluated after a freak accident while driving from Philly to Fayetteville on 95. Within 3 hours they had it aligned and drivable so we could continue to Florida. Their service level was topnotch.
