At the time I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I also purchased the Freedom Warranty. Well 5 months after purchase, I took it to a shop to start a claim because it was making a loud noise. The warranty company inspected the Jeep and found that the drive shaft was bad, as well as, the transfer case motor. Their inspection report stated that the drive shaft was a long term pre-existing condition and would not be covered. Not to mention the transfer case motor is a non covered part. This dealer sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a faulty drive shaft at the time of sale. When contacting the dealer and speaking with Brian Jones, they refuse to take any responsibility for the issue and only want to blame the customer. I am now out an additional nearly $2000 for repairs I was not planning on paying. Did I mention, I have only had the vehicle for 5 months?! I was able to cancel the warranty for a prorated refund also but that was just as big of a hassle that you have to go through the dealership for. If you are looking for a safe, reliable vehicle for your family then this is NOT the place. This dealership is deceitful and the warranty they upsell to you is useless. I have lived in the area my whole life and have never had an experience as terrible as this when purchasing a car whether from a dealer or private seller. Go elsewhere, I promise you won't regret it!!

No pressure sales. They deal almost exclusively with former fleet vehicles. So they vary in quality, features, and total miles. The trucks are priced accordingly. The truck I went there for was not in the condition I hoped for but I had no problem finding another that fit my needs. Just know that upkeep of each vehicle varies. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it was a very easy car buying experience.

This company called after business hours, to get information from me demanding it was an emergency. It was not. The same person did not actively listen or follow up with any of the information that she said she would send me then blamed me for her rudeness and lack of professionalism. If you want to do business to get abused and yelled and treated like an idiot, this is the place for you. If not, then I would not recommend this place based on their awful customer service.

For the last month, our family has been through one of the hardest seasons of life, but also one that we have seen God turn for such good. We were in need of a vehicle that was safe, reliable, and affordable. We had looked everywhere and were starting to think we wouldn’t find a vehicle that fit all three of those wants. Well, let me be the one to tell you, right now I am looking at the answer to a prayer. It is in my driveway. It is a beautiful, clean, safe, reliable, and affordable 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The service department is the poorest I have ever had. Now, I know the service rating is 2.2. I took my Nissan truck to Greenville Nissan to get fixed. They didn’t have a clue what was wrong with it. My truck is an older frontier. I am pretty knowledgeable about cars and I am listed to the service person , he is just reading off the paper. They didn’t even look at the truck and charge me $186 dollars. They had a nerve to tell me that we have to start by adjusting the valves . This will cost $1800. Then we will start with the other problems. We heard a ticking noise. They did but it was not the valves. I asked them what about PO172 code. This is lean rich code. What did you do to diagnostics that. Didn’t say a word about the code. Just said, it a lean code. I knew that before I took it there. I asked them what will it cost to get it fixed. The deer light came on. They didn’t have a clue. This place is the worse I have encountered. They are just a money racket. If you have a Nissan to be fixed, you better take it somewhere else. Your Nissan run out of your service contract, you need to stay away, just look at their ratings. 2.2 Again, if you want to donate money to the service department, just give them money. You want get your car fixed.

1 day late and they're threatening repo. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them. I took them lots of documentation regarding losing my job (as she requested) and the "finance" lady said that it still won't stop repo process. They have NO SENSE OF LOYALTY FOR THE CUSTOMER AND ARE MONEY HUNGRY! This is the last time I'll do business with them. I need my car so I had to use bill MONEY. I told her this, and she just says "Ok. We'll take the money. Will your next payment be on time?" Awful customer, awful people skills. Dallas location on Harry Hines Blvd. The Desoto, Texas store is A LOT better. That's where I purchased my other two vehicles from. Stay away from the Harry Hines store, especially the "finance dept". #JOKE

I bought a 2002 Chevy Malibu with 109,000 miles on it for $4100 plus tax, title, and tags of for $190, for a total of $4290. I was told by my mechanic that was a fair price. It drove smoothly in the test drive. I bought the Malibu as is, with no warranty. Jerry told me there was a little trouble with the key and I might have to jiggle it to get it out. I went straight to my pharmacy and could not get the key out. I went to my mechanic at Snapdragon. He got the key out then we tried to start the car. The ignition would not turn. It was frozen. I did not even have the car two hours and I could not drive it. My mechanic argued with Jerry. Jerry finally agreed to pay for the parts for the lock and ignition. I had to pay the labor. Jerry had reminded me the car was sold as is and said he was doing me a favor. I did not favor his selling me a used car that was defective. Thank God for a good and honest mechanic.
