We found the car we were interested in on line and contacted Ben. Living 2 hours away made it hard to get by and see the car. The afternoon we could drop by Ben was out and Scott had the car ready out front when we arrived. He was very patient and went all over the car and took us on a test drive. He and Mark were very professional and most helpful. We called back with an offer and this team made it happen! Scott delivered our car with all the documents ready to sign and drove our trade back to Winston. We can only say THANK YOU and what a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Very easy process, car was delivered to my driveway, and the whole process took just over a week. Great experience and Steve definitely put in extra effort to ensure everything happened!

Purchased a new to me car from Hunter Volvo- had to clean it out when I got home. 2 water bottles under the passengers seat, a ziplock bag of candy in between the back seats, a child's toy and numerous pens and toothpicks were everywhere. Have been trying to work out a windshield issue which has proved fruitless, do not appreciate the tone I was talked to by the manager. Will resolve our windshield on our own without Hunter Volvo. Very disappointed.

By far, the worse place to buy any vehicle. I bought a $51,000 XC60 Volvo and I have yet to hear from the dealership to find out how I felt about my new Volvo. Their after-sale customer services sucks!

Don't bring your car here for service. I have been back 3 times for recalls on my 2016 XC90 and was just told on the phone to go to another dealership. Since my last visit Volvo on Call is no longer working and part of the recalls are still not taking care off even though I was promised a new appointment to have them fixed over 3 weeks ago. I have never experienced a dealer that charges their customers 45 cent per mile for a loaner car. I have a $85k XC90 with factory recalls and you are charging me for a loaner. Are you guys serious ??? Volvo USA should be ashamed for allowing this dealership to even exist.

After doing lots of research and visiting other sales departments we selected the Volvo 2015.5 S60. The other dealers we visited and cars we considered were: Audi, BMW (my previous car), Lexus and Mercedes. Our sales person at Weaver Volvo, Fred, was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure on us to buy. We selected the new Volvo because of its safety features, it uses regular gas (the other luxury cars don't) and because of its peppy drive and lovely interior. That along with all of its high tech features and excellent warranty made it the car we purchased. While we were quite impressed with the Audi too, in the end, economics and safety won out. After purchasing, Fred spent the time needed to brief us on our features and get the car linked into the Volvo app to make the transition easy for me. I traded in a 2003 BMW 325XI so my car technology comfort was low. That changed with Fred's help. Looking forward to driving my new Volvo for many years.
