My purchase experience with Volvo Cars Of Winston Salem was an excellent experience. What made it an excellent experience was that the sales staff was very patient and professional with no sales pressure whatsoever. The sales staff knew this very technical car extremely well and could answer any question we had. The dealership presents itself very well also with the use of a high tech process to sell cars, and using a "Volvo family" approach for those who purchase cars there. I look forward to having my new Volvo serviced at Volvo Winston Salem.

Being my third volvo, I have visited several volvo dealerships across TN/NC. Not a single can compare to the experience my family and I had at this dealership. From the moment we met Johnny, we felt welcomed and excited about our new purchase. Johnny was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle's features, and beyond willing to assist and answer any and all questions. Johnny followed up after our initial meeting, worked with us to help us get the best deal, and made all of this possible in a short time frame, in the most enthusiastic way you can imagine (WITHOUT ANY pressure). He earned our trust and sincerely made every effort to make this an effortless car buying experience. Through the purchasing process, we were beyond pleased to be working with AJ, he made the paperwork process seamless, easy to understand, and answered all of our questions with patience. We sincerely appreciate Jeff, who demonstrated that customer satisfaction really is one of their highest priorities. Even after the purchase of our vehicle, we received follow up emails/calls to ensure that our questions had been answered and to reassure us we can always reach out for any questions in the future. I have not encountered such a friendly dealership that truly cares about their customers in the way that this one does. Entire experience was fine, except as typical for any car dealership I have been to, the time spent "negotiating" with the sales manager and salesperson was crazy long. I have never understood this. Its either yes or no!

I purchased a preowned Volvo from this dealership and it was Amazingly easy. There prices were the lowest in over 200 miles and the sales person took the time to walk me through the buying process and knocked down the fourth wall of the buying experience. This couldn't have been a better process.

By far, the worse place to buy any vehicle. I bought a $51,000 XC60 Volvo and I have yet to hear from the dealership to find out how I felt about my new Volvo. Their after-sale customer services sucks!

3 calls to get an appoint for service. No answer. Left message and no call back. I will get service elsewhere and after 4 Volvos I am finished with that brand.
Horrible Service and Repairs - bhl
Had $2400 worth of work done and Weaver Bros. said car was free of oil leaks. Had to take car to another dealership to have repair that should have been done by Weaver Bros. and most of their work re-done. Another $800.00 Weaver Bros. did not stand behind their work or the volvo warranty, repair it once and never pay for it again! Lifetime warranty is not worth paper it's written on. Warranty repairs are left to individual dealership and no other volvo dealership will warrant another dealerships work. Consumer beware this company is a rip off.

Dray was great at exploring all financing offers for our Subaru Forester lease. He went out of his way to get the vehicle ready and even drove to the house, courtesy follow up….extra accommodating in general from all involved at the dealership.
