Ernie and the Paramount team had my daughter and I on our way with a new leased Jetta in no time. They even had a front bumper license plate mounting bracket installed to meet the VA DMV requirements. Ernie kept me up to date on the progress of the VA registration and tag transfer process, and sent me a copy of the VA registration before the copy from the VA DMV arrived.
Overall, my best car buying/leasing experience yet!

After obtaining my fourth Volvo, I can once again say I was provided with excellent service from the staff at Volvo of the Triad. It is so nice to go into a dealership, tell the sales person, JOSH YORK, what you want and actually get the vehicle with very little hassle....make that "no hassle." Joshua was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with . He know the Volvo inside and out and that is great. Les Young is a top notch general manager and always has a word to his to all of his customers. James Fordham, finance is easy to work with and knows his job well. These gentlemen are the epitome of professional! Thank you so much!

Scott, TJ and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful with the roof leak in our sunroof.
It sounded like I had a sealed gold fish bowl in the back of my car!
You techs took out the seats & carpet and did a great job of cleaning out the drainage area from the sunroof.
While the repairs were going on, I enjoyed the use of one of your new SUV's for nearly a week.
You guys do a great job and get it done when you say you will be finished . . . .really do appreciate your work.

After doing lots of research and visiting other sales departments we selected the Volvo 2015.5 S60. The other dealers we visited and cars we considered were: Audi, BMW (my previous car), Lexus and Mercedes. Our sales person at Weaver Volvo, Fred, was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure on us to buy. We selected the new Volvo because of its safety features, it uses regular gas (the other luxury cars don't) and because of its peppy drive and lovely interior. That along with all of its high tech features and excellent warranty made it the car we purchased. While we were quite impressed with the Audi too, in the end, economics and safety won out. After purchasing, Fred spent the time needed to brief us on our features and get the car linked into the Volvo app to make the transition easy for me. I traded in a 2003 BMW 325XI so my car technology comfort was low. That changed with Fred's help. Looking forward to driving my new Volvo for many years.

Purchased used car - J32016
Purchased a new to me car from Hunter Volvo- had to clean it out when I got home. 2 water bottles under the passengers seat, a ziplock bag of candy in between the back seats, a child's toy and numerous pens and toothpicks were everywhere. Have been trying to work out a windshield issue which has proved fruitless, do not appreciate the tone I was talked to by the manager. Will resolve our windshield on our own without Hunter Volvo. Very disappointed.

By far, the worse place to buy any vehicle. I bought a $51,000 XC60 Volvo and I have yet to hear from the dealership to find out how I felt about my new Volvo. Their after-sale customer services sucks!

Great dealership, Service advisers are very knowledgeable, and the technician was able to find the electrical issue the other place couldn't fix, price was low compared to what everyone told me to expect. Now my car drives well and no lights are flashing on the dash.
