With many times purchasing a vehicle. This was the first time I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed. Love the atmosphere; friendly and honest dealership. This made my experience stress free.
Dealer easy to work with - Dan Rogers
I bought a very low mileage 2013 S60 from Crown. The sales staff was easy to work and all issues with the car were resolved.
Dray at Maxwell Volvo is the best ! - momof3nc
Dray was great at exploring all financing offers for our Subaru Forester lease. He went out of his way to get the vehicle ready and even drove to the house, courtesy follow up….extra accommodating in general from all involved at the dealership.
Purchased a Volvo from Weaver Brothers - elaineRN
After doing lots of research and visiting other sales departments we selected the Volvo 2015.5 S60. The other dealers we visited and cars we considered were: Audi, BMW (my previous car), Lexus and Mercedes. Our sales person at Weaver Volvo, Fred, was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure on us to buy. We selected the new Volvo because of its safety features, it uses regular gas (the other luxury cars don't) and because of its peppy drive and lovely interior. That along with all of its high tech features and excellent warranty made it the car we purchased. While we were quite impressed with the Audi too, in the end, economics and safety won out. After purchasing, Fred spent the time needed to brief us on our features and get the car linked into the Volvo app to make the transition easy for me. I traded in a 2003 BMW 325XI so my car technology comfort was low. That changed with Fred's help. Looking forward to driving my new Volvo for many years.
Newer new car - trudylynne
Both Matt and Chris were very attentive and helpful. Patient was also in their vocabulary. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to upsell me in anyway.
Do not use their service department - devilcat
On two occasions within past three weeks, and with two different Volvos, was told by VOC service department they could do simple service (oil change, tire rotation, pollen filter). Should have taken a few hours, a day at best. Instead, on both occasions, they tell us towards the end of the day that they were too busy to get to it and we'd have to live leave the cars overnight. We can't rent cars and take Uber all over town for two days. We can handle and prep lab for one day. But the fact of the matter is the do not deliver what and when they promise.
Bait and switchers all the way - Caffein
My wife's Volvo broke down so we brought it to them for service. We needed a bigger car so my wife shopped for a car in their lot. We went home and called the next day to ask about the repair quote , as well as the trade-in value of her car. The salesman we called got into high pressure mode to bring us in the dealership, saying they'll tell us the trade-in price when we get there. We refused, and asked for a value before we get in. The salesman told us they'll give us $14k for it, so we make an appointment, 15 minutes before the appointment he calls us again and says he made a mistake: they'll give us $10k for it, we knew that was still an ok offer so we still went with it. Upon arrival, the salesman we were supposed to meet completely ignored us (in fact, he never even made eye contact in the whole 3-day process), and the manager came and asked to go through a long list of numbers with but only talked about the last number in it: the monthly payment of a car we were interested in. In that list of numbers, a trade-in value of $8k was buried. I told him that's not what we agreed on, he replied that we didn't agree on anything, and started, in a loud voice, exaggerating all the bad things he found about the car (like calling a $200 repair a "major accident"), while other visitors could hear him. My wife got scared she wouldn't find a better deal, and at this point, due to their lack of ethics, she was scared they would overcharge beyond their quote on the car repair by the same process, had we chosen to fix the car and go somewhere else. So she still accepted, and they introduced her to a saleswoman that she hadn't met before (i.e. with a clean sheet: good cop bad cop model). She shopped for cars, and 3 days later, without me, she bought one. Long story short, they made here believe the car she bought came with a factory warranty and made her buy a $2000 dealership warranty that covers 20.000 miles at the last minute (that she thought covered "everything while obviously it covers very little). And they made her sign a mandatory abitration agreement, a paper that forfeits all her legal rights to sue Hunter Volvo in court, and forces her to settle disputes with arbitrators paid by the dealership. That's the kind of people they are.
Worse Vehicle Buying Experience Ever - gery316
By far, the worse place to buy any vehicle. I bought a $51,000 XC60 Volvo and I have yet to hear from the dealership to find out how I felt about my new Volvo. Their after-sale customer services sucks!
Great dealership, Service advisers are very... - sheldoncooper
Great dealership, Service advisers are very knowledgeable, and the technician was able to find the electrical issue the other place couldn't fix, price was low compared to what everyone told me to expect. Now my car drives well and no lights are flashing on the dash.
