Hands down, Paramount exceeded all expectations of the normal car buying experience! Ernie was great to work with from the first phone introduction to signing the paperwork. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very professional, respectful, and courteous throughout the entire process. Ben explained all of the available warranty/care options and financing through VW was a quick and easy. Delivery went great! The car was spotless and ready to go. Ernie did an initial walk around with me, then went over all of the buttons, menus, and key features until I was comfortable with the car before leaving. Excellent experience!!

I had decided a few years ago that my next car would be a Volvo and would purchase it at University Volvo because I know and trust the owner, Steve Magowan. Figured his team would be a reflection of him, and they are. Johnny Dunbar is my sales person and, as was expected, provided an honest and no pressure process. I am a fairly picky consumer and I had specific requests. They nailed what I was looking for, even though the vehicle was not in their inventory at the time,. On price, I was absolutely confident I was getting the best offer, which is always literally and figuratively the bottom line.
There are basic questions car dealers ask, particularly about financing, and there was never any pressure to go with what they could provide. It was always what is best for the customer. Not only were all of my questions answered, there quite a few of them preemptively answered based on the Team taking the time to get to know me. No job is complete until the paper work is done and Greg Cole made that as painless as possible. The integrity the Dealership is known for is quite evident with him also. This will not be the last car I purchase from University Volvo and will with out reservation recommend them to anyone. I like these folks. I drove off the lot with a new car and a new friend in Johnny Dunbar. If this place were a bar or restaurant, I'd want to hang out there regularly.

By far, the worse place to buy any vehicle. I bought a $51,000 XC60 Volvo and I have yet to hear from the dealership to find out how I felt about my new Volvo. Their after-sale customer services sucks!

Don't bring your car here for service. I have been back 3 times for recalls on my 2016 XC90 and was just told on the phone to go to another dealership. Since my last visit Volvo on Call is no longer working and part of the recalls are still not taking care off even though I was promised a new appointment to have them fixed over 3 weeks ago. I have never experienced a dealer that charges their customers 45 cent per mile for a loaner car. I have a $85k XC90 with factory recalls and you are charging me for a loaner. Are you guys serious ??? Volvo USA should be ashamed for allowing this dealership to even exist.

After doing lots of research and visiting other sales departments we selected the Volvo 2015.5 S60. The other dealers we visited and cars we considered were: Audi, BMW (my previous car), Lexus and Mercedes. Our sales person at Weaver Volvo, Fred, was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure on us to buy. We selected the new Volvo because of its safety features, it uses regular gas (the other luxury cars don't) and because of its peppy drive and lovely interior. That along with all of its high tech features and excellent warranty made it the car we purchased. While we were quite impressed with the Audi too, in the end, economics and safety won out. After purchasing, Fred spent the time needed to brief us on our features and get the car linked into the Volvo app to make the transition easy for me. I traded in a 2003 BMW 325XI so my car technology comfort was low. That changed with Fred's help. Looking forward to driving my new Volvo for many years.
