A Kansan, I was visiting in Bismarck last week. Enroute, I had trouble with the pressure in my left front tire. I called Schwan's, and the dealership was able to work me into their busy schedule, solving the initial problem then also doing some maintenance I requested. The servicemen had the car ready in time for me to make my return trip as planned. In addition, they washed the car to eliminate the bugs that were caked on the windshield and grill of my vehicle after miles on the road. I was very pleased at the warmth of reception I received at Schwan's and the quality of the work done. If I ever again have car troubles in the Bismarck area, I will return to this dealership. They went the extra mile to make sure all my questions were answered and were extremely accommodating at all times. Had a nice lightly used vehicle in great condition that I wanted to sell as it was worth a little bit more than most private party deals. I stopped in to Williston Auto on a Saturday, was greeted very friendly by Lori at the front door. She got the info they needed and showed me to the lobby. Kirby quickly took the vehicle for a test drive and came over and we worked out a very fair price. Paperwork was done within 10 minutes and they gave me a ride home. What a pleasant experience from the start to the end! Everyone including the salesman in the showroom to the porter who gave me a ride were positive and helpful. I was told by another dealership I called this morning that they weren’t buying cars at this time, which surprised me that they wouldn’t even want to look at my vehicle. Their loss I guess!?! Go buy the black 2018 Kia Sorento at Williston Auto, it’s a nice one!
