If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. - Sarahnhamilton
If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. On January 16th I arrived to look at a 2021 BMW X4 that I had found online at this dealership. I was greeted by a friendly salesman named John. He brought the car to the service bay so that I did not have to look at it in the snow. I immediately noticed the low tire pressure light was on. I asked John to have the tire checked out to make sure it was not punctured or leaking. That day I put my deposit down to purchase the vehicle a week later. John texted me a few days later to assure me that it was just low air "not flat, a nail or a sensor", text message attached. I purchased the car on January 23, 2024. I do not live in Ohio but was work contract that was ending that week. My mother was also critically ill and in the hospital that week so my thoughts were scattered. I signed the paperwork and left with the car. Not even a week of having the car the low tire pressure light was back on, I filled the tire up thinking maybe it was just the cold air. The next week the low tire pressure light returned again, the following day while in a drive thru my drivers side window would not roll down. After trouble shooting on my own I reached out to the dealership. How can a car, an EXPENSIVE car not even two weeks after purchase have so many things going wrong. I knew my salesman did not work on the day I called so I did not want to bother him directly. I had to call the dealership MULTIPLE times. No one would call me back. I also specifically remember seeing signs in the dealership on how important the customer experience was to the GM, and his phone number listed with any concerns. I left a message with still no call back to this day. I finally reached out to my salesman and he advised the car was still under factory warranty and to call the BMW here where I live. Later that evening the service manager called and pretty much told me the same thing. I was able to take my vehicle to the BMW dealership in my city and the car needed a master window switch and something else that was thankfully covered under warranty. The bmw dealership also let me know that there was low and behold a hole in the tire that required a replacement ($584.94) not covered under warranty. I then reached out to my salesman who then said "unfortunately the tire was just low on air and there was no road hazard. It took BMW 10 mins to find the leak so I know that this dealership didn't even bother to look. What I thought was going to be a great experience turned into a complete disaster. Now I am paying for a new tire and am without a vehicle for no telling how long awaiting a part. The GM did not even bother to reach out after my voicemail. This is poor business practice and lousy customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
