Our 2017 Lincoln MKX has failed to start 4 times in cold weather. It has been to 4 different dealers with no one even finding the problem. It happened again while at our daughter's in Jefferson Ohio. Went out to leave on Monday morning, car wouldn't start. Because no Lincoln dealer was close by, the car was towed to Greg Sweet Ford. By 2 that afternoon, they called and said they found a relay stuck open. Since it was too late to go home that day, we told them to service the vehicle and we would pick it up the next day. By 2 pm the next day, the car was repaired, serviced and washed. Very reasonably priced service too. Very good experience and they found the problem.

Avoid this dealer when purchasing a new or used vehicle. I have a 1998 S-10 truck with a 3 year/50,000 mile warranty on a SRTA transnission. They refused to honor the warranty and did not even inspect the truck. The installing GM dealer could not understand why they did this without inspecting the vehicle.

Broke my car - Taken advantage of

Took car in for diagnostic. They told me to bring it in they would get to it. Two days later I call they said they couldn't fix it charge me. Then I started it. Sounded like the took exhaust off. They said it sounded like that when I dropped it off. Warning if u leave ur vehicle their it might b missing parts.

We own a 2020 coach man C class motor Home.We started going to Holman RV. This is the second time we have used them. We are vary pleased with the service that we have had done. Jim was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was okay.
