After being treated like I was an inconvenience there on Friday, you won’t see me step foot in there again. I bought VW Care when I bought my Passat, which included three additional services. Now they’re telling me they won’t do my last service that I already paid for because it supposedly expired back in November. I was never presented terms and conditions for VW Care when I bought the car. I drove 2.5 hours to continue to get my car serviced here because I always had good service here until this. However, that good service was under previous management. The GM tried offering to cover half, which still would’ve cost me $345. What a slap in the face because I already paid for it when I first bought the car. I’m not paying for it again. My family bought six new cars from there from 2014-2017, but we won’t buy another, which is too bad because my fiancée and I were going to be in the market for an SUV soon and were seriously considering an Atlas. Tim White really screwed up getting rid of Jamie Hanlon and Ryan Caldwell.

I will never use nor recommend this dealership due to their service department. My mother had repairs done by their service center. The issue wasn't fixed. She couldn't take it back right away, she was going out of town. She tried to take it back, when she returned home. Their customer care was lacking to say the least. The man that spoke with her on the phone & in person treated her like a liar & a thief! Over $2000... car still not fixed...

Compromise achieved - Irish Charlie

I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.

oil change tire rotation with air pressure warning light on - WBRENDA5

Not sure how to respond, sure they just overlooked this. I'm having to take back. Air pressure warning light on. They said they have to reset, I've had the tires rotated , and all four tires had pressure lower than recommended, one with warning light. Don't they check the air pressure when they rotate tires? Told them a warning light was on. Received auto with same light still on, call them and they said it needed reset, bring back in, but tire is still low?
