Ernie Kelly and the Service team at Lee Kinstle are great tp work with. I sent Ernie a text about my vehicle and with in a few minutes he had someone from service out to pick it up. They took it in fixed what needed done and brought it back with in 2 hours. Thank you Ernie and the Service department

Took my car in for body work and paint after having my car keyed... nothing was done right. More damage was done when removing and reinstalling the parts, than good. It was a terrible experience, and still trying to get it resolved. I have been there 7 times to no avail, and now the general manager and service manager refuse to continue to work on it any more, because they dont have time to deal with me, as they stated. They also stated, "i have a thousand happy customers, so im not too concerned if you are not satisfied. I was blown away.

I bought a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label in Florida while on vacation and drove it home! Took it to Lincoln of Cincinnati and received great and accommodating service. I made some friends. I'm sorry I can not say the same for Englewood Ford who was anxious to sell but follow up nearly did not exist. I still cannot get a call back though I left many messages. But Colin at Lincoln of Cincinnati has made the last several weeks bearable and enjoyable with his kindness, understanding and constant help to guide me through this transaction. I also met Amy the newest member of their team who is top shelf in personal relations. A shout out to Roger in service for his amiable ways and care. I must say Colin was the best at what he does and I will continue as a fan of Lincoln of Cincinnati. We will do business in the future I am sure and all of this is the result of someone willing to help a customer with a problem and all I did was get a warrantee detail on my car. Every business has problems on occasion but I am confident this dealership will go to great lengths to solve it in a fair and equitable manner. Love the people and their kindness to me! I am a longtime (more that 17 plus years) customer of Lindsay Acura only because of 1 reason - Service Department and the following 2 gentlemen that have worked there and aways have given me the honest truth and the best service ever. Logan Bopp and Bob Hurt. They are two of the most dedicated, knowlegeable helpful gentlemen that I have met. They have always been upfront and honest in what has been going on with my vehicles. Grateful sums it up. A big "thank you" goes to these two men and their team members.
